The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with all the necessary amenities. The pool was clean and the lifeguard was both friendly and helpful, ensuring everyone had a great time. I thoroughly enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet, which featured eough for me and my family variety of fresh and tasty options. The location of a hotel was conveniently situated near quiet surroundings. Overall, my stay was satisfying. I recommend this hotel and will definitely return on my next visit!

very nice room. we received an upgrade to the suite probably because the hotel was rather quiet we didn’t see any other guests during our one night stay. good location with nice resteraunts walking distance. only a 10 minute taxi ride into centre. convenient for us driving out to the airport the next morning.

Pool area isn’t the best as just a couple of chairs out and needs cleaned. however I think we were probably too early in the tourist season for it to really be in full use. I expect the hotel caters more to corporate events as opposed to tourists. which makes sense given the location. still would recommend for a city break.

Quiet location in a residential area in West Amman. Nice rooms, attractive lobby, breakfast is okay and available until 10:30. Attentive reception service. Very good value for money.

Swimming pool is open only from May. The air conditioning is very loud, the beds are relatively soft, the comforters very heavy and thick. Not every staff member speaks good English. Service at breakfast could be more attentive. No possibility to buy cold drinks. No hotel bar (maybe only during Rammadan?).

Location and possibility to sit outside on the terrace.

With just a little bit more effort on cleanliness (staff is available) it would be a great option in this price segment.

The staff were amazing ! Ghafaar on reception was so helpful. Room service was quick and staff were attentive! The location is great!

Breakfast was poor. Tea coffee was cold. Rooms were tired looking and needed updating. Switch sockets were coming away from the wall. Water marks on ceilings from leaks. Wifi is terrible!!! Barely get any signal.

They need to renovate and rejuvenate.

They have to be little more flexible in their prices for the customers especially who are regular and known to them.

Staff are very friendly and helpful especially the receptionist.

Room was fabulous. We could access out to the pool area which was brilliant. Pool and facilities great. Excellent service, very clean hotel. Staff very friendly and service exceptional. Food very good, well presented.
