“I had an excellent stay. The rooms were exceptionally clean, which made me feel very comfortable throughout my visit. The service was outstanding—special thanks to Mohamed, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. His professionalism and friendly attitude truly made my experience memorable. The man at the reception was very cooperative and very kindly carried the bags to the room and the room was as described a room with a wonderful view you can see everything in front of you it has a double bed and the sheets were very clean and the room is arranged in a distinctive way they even put you hospitality with a bottle of water and the breakfast was kind of good but the quality of the food is a little different from what I expected but despite that my stay in the hotel was comfortable and I was happy in the end thank you very much

The food was not so bad at the breakfast but it's better when I can find a normal breakfast like cheese with bread something like that a special Arabic meal it will be so nice to test it

Good Location, nice big hotel. It was clean and well maintained. Nice swimming pool outdoors. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. Helped with booking our tours and excursions. Very nice breakfast with a variety of food for morning breakfast.

When having a shower the water would build up below and run out onto the bathroom floor. No balcony view. When having dinner at the hotel restaurant in the evening, had to wait a very long time to be seen too as there were no staff then the manager came to take orders. Very long winded to order food in the evening.

The staff are very welcoming, helpful, and friendly. IF I would return to Amman I will stay at this hotel mainly for the staff.

Although the bathroom towels were clean, they were clearly old—the texture and faded color made that evident. I pressed the room service button before leaving the room at 10:00 AM and was away for several hours, but nothing had been done by the time I returned. I ended up canceling the service as I no longer wanted to be disturbed.

I had a pleasant stay at Amman West Hotel. The hotel is very clean. Also my room was very clean and had everything I needed. The AC was working. The bed was comfortable. The staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful and speak good English. Buffet breakfast was nice with nice coffee from.the coffee machine, freshly made omelette and a range of bread options. It is in a quiet area away from the central part of Amman. I enjoyed my stay at Amman West Hotel.

The location. It is a little far from the downtown Amman. On the positive side, it is quiet and you can have a comfortable night.

The staff is spectacular. Especially Osama. Our flights got cancelled and had to call the airline internationally which the hotel staff fully supported. They were extremely flexible. The airline kept giving different flight options and so had to keep changing the taxi airport drop off times which the hotel kept accommodating. I honestly think we couldn't have made our flights back had it not been for the hotel staff. Thanks so much!!!

Bathroom could have been larger like the room size

The hotel was on the outskirts of Amman but very easy to reach from the motorway coming from the airport. There is parking next to the hotel which was in a quiet neighborhood but we used uber to go to the centre of town as driving in Amman seems very challenging. The room was very quiet, clean, the beds comfortable. Breakfast was in buffet style and had lots of choice. We would book here again if in Amman.

Really nice hotel, not far from main centre. Within 5 to 10 mins drive. Manager messaged me in the morning about my whereabouts and to see if they can accommodate me any other way. When I came in, check in was seamless and upgraded me to a suite. Everything was great.

Room floor could have been more cleaner, the house keeping didn't do a good job as you can see some stuff on the carpet.

Staying at amman west Hotel was such a delight! Thank you for your hospitality and the elegant way you handle your guests. What separates amman west from the rest is the cleanliness around the clock and the good perfume of the lobby and the rooms. These are memories that I will cherish forever. Everyone in the hotel are helpful. The view and size of the room is perfect and we had to stay more than we planned.😀 It is comfortable hotel. If you need a car for rent, don't worry about it, just tell Mohamad. He is ganna fix it. One of the best I have experienced we forgot our passports in the break zone and we got it after few minutes.
