Staff was excellent and helpful. Nice breakfast. Grocery shop opposite to the hotel and taxi service easily available

Wi-Fi was slow a bit and TV old and small model. Carpets seems dirty and may need changing.

1-The staff at this hotel were exceptionally professional and attentive, making our stay a delightful experience. 2- Good location 3- good value for the money.

If you can provide drinking water and coffee satchets every booked day, it would improve the guest experience

The location served the purpose of this journey which was to support a member of the family that was hospitalised at a very nearby hospital. Later we found out all the other things we liked about this hotel. The staff extremely polite and kind, the room was spacious, air conditioned and the breakfast was great with traditional Arabic food options. We had a car hired and there was an every day and security guard, despite no visible danger. The hotel felt a safe place to be and was great value for money.

All was good so there's nothing to say we didn't like

Almost everything .. So clean .. Very friendly staff overall, in the lobby, room service, restaurant and security. Very good facility and rooms. Breakfast is very well done and there's a variety of things to choose from. A great thing is having a driver always available with normal prices as a normal taxi. This is my second stay here and will definitely keep considering it in future.

Two things, not bad but I hope they get taken in consideration to make things better: 1: One of the rooms of the suite didn't have an AC. 2: The fans in the bathrooms are running all the time, even though it is not noticeable at daytime, it can get a little bit annoying at night while asleep. If buttons can be added to turn them off optionally that would be fantastic.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The view from the restaurant is very nice of the main street. They make for us an upgrade free of charge and are very helpful in accommodating our needs

The Breakfast was not good at all, and limited options available with no option to make an omelet for each visitor except with paying extra charge. The mokeet floor is very old and needs to be maintained. The location is very far from everything and needs a taxi to go anywhere or walk for not less than 10 minutes to reach to the roundabout near the hotel. Laundry service is very expensive which forced me to go out to look for laundry services in the area

We are from India. Couldn't find any Indian Item in Breakfast. I felt there's scope for improving the breakfast menu. However, the Falafil was very tasty and we liked it very much. Staff / Chef was kind enough to prepare Falfil for us on the second day. Staff are quite cooperative. Front Office staff, Tahir who dealt with us was awesome! Unable to recollect the name of restaurant staff [the male and female], both were very friendly and cooperative in serving us. Couple of maintenance issues were quickly attended. Overall great service.
