I like the chef of restaurant and the staff were very kind ,hospitaple and cooperative. The location is amazing.

Towel and below were not clean enough also rugs

The staff and facilities were excellent, and the location was perfect — just a few steps from the Boulevard, the mall, coffee shops, and markets. The entrance and the entire place felt very safe and secure, making it ideal for families. The breakfast was also very good, with many options to choose from.

The balcony lacked furniture, so there was nowhere to sit or enjoy the view outside.

1. Spacious rooms connected together with kitchenette in each. 2. Individual toilets in each unit connected together. Sofa bed in each unit (eventhough one was broken; it didn't affect us as we needed one soda bed not two). 3. Location. 4. Staff helpfulness

Breakfast was poor and some basic cleaning of the breakfast equipment (the outside of the toaster needed a good scrub for example!).

Staff at reception were very friendly and helpful. They made our stay comfortable. When we asked to fix the curtain, they immediately upgraded the room to suit. That was great. I will always stay here in Downtown hotel.

It is worth to mention Mr. Ahmed and Aya who made their best to make us happy while cleaning the room and provided the best service. Thank you Ahmed and Aya.

Beds and sofa are comfy.

Need washing machine and more attention to details. Since it is apartment not hotel.

friendly, clean, secure and very close to the avenue..

the property is falling apart, it requires more attention from the hotel management, as small details that cleaning staff might not report, such as loose require tightening or gluing.. one round from the management will do much difference and will lengthen the life span of the hotel.

Really really spacious place with a very nice kitchen (which includes fridge, freezer, microwave and electric stove), big bathroom and very comfortable bed. The room almost seemed too big! Everything was perfectly clean and Wifi worked perfectly. The TV has a wide range of channels (in Arabic). Friendly and kind staff as well. The location is perfect since you're right next to Abdali mall in which you can find a big supermarket and several eating/drinking options. The surrounding area (Abdali) is also very nice and modern.

Can't say anything negative at all.
