This hotel is a must if visiting Amman. It is spotlessly clean, the service is faultless and a fab breakfast. A special mention to Ahmad who looked after our check in - what a pleasant friendly professional guy. He made us feel so welcome from the minute we stepped into the hotel (he also very kindly offered us an upgrade to a fabulous suite without charge and had breakfast bags waiting for us on our early check out when we left on one of the days @ 6.30am for a tour). Thank you also to Rami for looking after us so well in the dining room for breakfast. Nothing is a problem for the staff in the Hilton Amman and we will be recommending it to anyone we know who is lucky enough to visit this fabulous city / country. Every thing was perfect

I had an excellent stay at Hilton Amman. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location. The breakfast was rich with many delicious options, and the facilities are well maintained. What really made the difference was the amazing staff. Everyone was friendly and professional, but I want to give a special thanks to Rawan, who was incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help. She truly made me feel welcome and added a personal touch to my stay. I highly recommend Hilton Amman for anyone visiting the city. I’ll definitely return on my next trip!

I ve stayed at various Hiltons in Europe, USA and the Middle East and I dare say Hilton Amman has the best service of all. All stuff at the reception (thank you Ali!), room service, concierge (thank you Zaid!), security and at the breakfast were so helpful and polite with a genuine smile in their faces. We only stayed for one night but what a night. As soon as we arrived the reception let us know that we were upgraded from our standard room to the suite in floor 17. What a view! I genuinely thanked everybody asking how did they know we were on our 10 year anniversary trip as I hadn't stated anything in my reservation form. An amazing complimentary cake with gold flakes followed the upgrade! Well done to the team, Hilton will definitely be our choice in our next visit to Amman.

Absolutely fantastic experience at the Hilton Amman! Huge thanks to the entire staff for making our two stays in the same week truly unforgettable. Special shoutout to Ali (a fellow Messi and Argentina fan!) and Sally at reception, as well as the guy that wears glasses at reception whose name escapes us. We also want to mention the exceptional kindness of the girl with glasses who greets you at breakfast and the host at the Lebanese restaurant. We got an upgrade to two phenomenal rooms that was a lovely surprise, and the late check-out was a lifesaver when we needed it most. The rooms themselves were luxurious, from the comfortable beds to the beautiful decor, amazing amenity kit, and even dates as a welcome gift. The hotel has a great selection of restaurants, and the pool and sauna were perfect for unwinding after a long day exploring Jordan. We'll definitely be back!

My stay at the Hilton Hotel Amman was truly wonderful. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The food was absolutely perfect — delicious, fresh, and with a great variety to choose from. I especially want to thank the reception staff, Sara and Mohammad, who were incredibly professional, helpful, and welcoming. They really made a positive difference in my experience.

The only downside was my interaction with the car rental team. Unfortunately, they were quite disrespectful, which was disappointing compared to the otherwise high standards of the hotel.

The hotel is very well located, close to the main tourist attractions in Amman. Muneer at reception welcomed us warmly, and on hearing it was our anniversary, upgraded us to a beautiful suite, gorgeously decorated with rose petals. It was really lovely and such an amazing treat! Thank you Muneer for your hospitality. Breakfast was lovely and staff are very helpful. The spa is also wonderful, and the lady at the front desk was really amazing - very accommodating and kind (apologies I cannot recall her name).

Nothing to complain about - great service and amenities all round

The staff were great and very accommodating, Sally and Ahmad helped with my check in and check out making everything as smooth as possible. The room itself was lovely. Lots of options at the breakfast buffet. Make sure you head to the rooftop bar, the service was top tier and staff made sure everyone felt comfortable, this did feel like luxury. The gym although small had plenty in there to complete a good workout.

If you’re looking for a 5 star hotel with all the extras I don’t think it would be here. The search when you got through the hotel felt very abrupt and the process was not explained well. There was no welcome drink. The mini fridge was empty in the room. The pool had only 4 loungers and did not feel relaxing at all (was actually the worst part of my stay) with families taking over and it being incredibly loud. As a solo woman I did not feel comfortable to actually get in the pool.

The high rating of Hilton Amman, which reached 9.6 from more than 3,700 people, was the main reason that led me to choose this hotel in the first place as my accommodation in Amman, despite Hilton being one of my favorite choices for lodging wherever I go. After arriving at the hotel, I was convinced that this high rating was well deserved. We were warmly welcomed by the courteous young Jordanian receptionist, Munir, who provided us with an excellent reception and upgraded our reservation to suites, accompanied by words of welcome and wishes for a pleasant stay. The service continued seamlessly in the hotel’s main restaurant, where Mr. Ziad and Mr. Rami stood out in particular. Despite being part of the restaurant management and not waiters, they personally served the dishes to us. All of this makes you feel, when staying at Hilton Amman, as if you are residing in a hospitality palace rather than just a hotel. This is the secret behind the hotel's high rating—the dedication of its staff, both management and employees, to serving guests and ensuring their comfort. A heartfelt thank you to all the staff, especially Mr. Munir, Mr. Ziad, and Mr. Rami, and appreciation also extends to the rest of the employees. As for the hotel's location, it is another advantage. It is situated near Boulevard Amman, about a 15-minute walk away, and also close to the commercial district in Shmeisani, making it an ideal choice for accommodation in Amman. What I did not like about the hotel was the electric control system. The hotel uses a modern system to control electricity and air conditioning, but it is quite difficult for many to understand, which creates a sense of discomfort when trying to control the air conditioning or lighting.
