Excellent staff, respectful, friendly and very accommodating. The hotel lobby is very clean and well maintained. The bar and the restaurant are well maintained. The rooms are very clean and very comfortable. I had drinks and dinner in the bar. It was outstanding. Good food and wonderful staff.

The quality of the breakfast was below average.

The hotel looks very modern, elegant and classy. We stayed there during low peak season so there weren’t too many guests but we were fortunate enough to get a room upgrade to a suite, which looked amazing! The staff were all very kind especially the lady manager. She always made sure we were comfortable and she seemed to frequently do checks in the empty rooms herself which I found to be very impressive. The neighbourhood is quiet and mainly residential. Overall, we had a good stay at Ambassador hotel.

The breakfast buffet could use abit more variety, it was the same things everyday.

When I arrived, I found out that the gym is under reconstruction. However, the management of the hotel was super helpful and provided me opportunity to exercise in my room. The best experience and customer service I have had for a while.

Amazing Boutique Hotel with great design and attention to detail - from electric blinds, good room lighting, luxurious bathroom, comfy, light and airy separate seating area and good artwork throughout. Breakfast was varied daily, omelettes were the best ever and pastries good too. The gym was very good and functional, much more than a standard hotel gym.

Maybe this is because of reduced tourist numbers as experienced throughout Jordan, the constant need to try to sell up on transport and trips - even quoting four times the normal rate and quoting that taxis and Ubers were not safe.

My stay at the Ambassador Hotel was absolutely wonderful. The staff and workers are very friendly, professional, and always strive to make you comfortable and assist you. The hotel and rooms are very clean, the breakfast is varied and delicious, and the pool is suitable for families. I have stayed at the most luxurious hotels in Amman, but honestly, I have never had such an outstanding hotel experience as this one. The best part is that all the products have been replaced with local products in support of the boycott. I will definitely return to stay at the hotel on my future visits to Amman.

Lovely hotel which offers a great base for days out exploring whilst also being very comfortable when needing to stay in and recharge one's batteries. The newly-reopened swimming pool is small but great for refreshing exercise and a chance to relax outdoors on a sun lounger. The cafe-bar serves real coffee and the rooms have kettle, cups etc to make your own cup of tea. Staff always helpful and welcoming; ask at Reception for any advice needed. My return flight involved very early start so Chef organised packed sandwich, fruit & pastry to replace the missing breakfast, although I really didn't want to leave!

On an environmental front I suggest an updated housekeeping policy; to save precious clean water don't change the bathroom towels if they are left hanging up! Left mine hanging and did say not to bother changing them, but they were replaced anyway. Lovely to have fresh towels but after one day they are still reusable, after all they were used to dry a clean body! As foreign visitor I feel strongly about trying to make some small effort and many European hotels already have this policy.

I requested an early check-in at the hotel, I informed the hotel that I would arrive at the hotel around 7-8 am. I didn't expect that the hotel would grant my request. In my surprise, they prepared the room and it was ready when I reached the hotel at 8.30 am. They even offered me breakfast on the house and upgraded my room to Deluxe. Mr. Ahmed and Ms. Noura at the reception were very friendly and helpful, I admire their genuine hospitality. The room is so clean and quiet with a comfy bed and sofa. I enjoyed the fast internet Wi-Fi as well. The breakfast was rich with many options! Overall, I really enjoyed staying at the hotel and will look forward to my next visit in the near future.

I have traveled to numerous countries and THIS is my FAVORITE hotel. It is nothing short of exceptional. From the security to the front desk to housekeeping. Everything was perfect. The room was more like an apartment and to simply call it clean would be an understatement. The bed, linen, complimentary robes and slippers were all comfortable! Every staff member was kind and helpful. After about two days housekeeping knew exactly what I needed and how I liked things and they cleaned my room accordingly without me making a single request. The welcome fruit plate was adorable and yummy. The breakfast buffet was delicious with plenty of options. The modern elements to the hotel were perfect. I originally booked two nights but extended for almost an additional week because I was able to get much needed rest here. I will stay at this hotel every time I come to Jordan because it truly is perfect.

Breakfast offered a wide selection including cooked foods with some variety each day. Also lots of salads and local savoury cold dishes. Prepared fresh fruit like melon was delicious, plus whole fruit and fruit salad. Heaps of bread, rolls and pastries so, altogether it was possible to eat a full meal; ideal if one is off exploring for the day. Breakfast in the dining room was always kept running smoothly by Maria, even when larger tourist groups were in.

Disappointing that breakfast coffee was poor, tasted like instant.

I would say a 4*+ hotel. Extremely clean and very innovative design. However, my wife and I are always interested in the attitude of the staff, how professional they are. Unfortunately, I didn't manage to remember everyone's names, but many thanks to the morning staff, who take care of breakfast! Everything perfect! Thanks to the colleague from the bar in the lobby! Professional and full of support! But I would like to thank Hamza from Reception, who gave us all the information we needed. At the same time, I would recommend the tourists who will stay at the Ambassador, not to hesitate, to arrange some trips around Jordan, with Mr. Firas's company! It depends on what each individual wants, but if you want someone flexible, who will be there and help you with any advice on what to visit or with any information, or if you need a local who can recommend other places to you, he is the right person. Mr. Hazem, a dedicated driver who was with us on our long trips to Wadi Rum and Petra, also works in his team. A professional, with impeccable English! Therefore, the team that takes care of tours from the Ambassador hotel, is a perfect team and do not hesitate to contact Mr. Firas for any activities you will have in Jordan! thank you, Team!
