The location is perfect. Almost at the center of the city, which allows us to take any direction so easily. In front of the hotel there is a supermarket, pharmacy, restaurant, laundry, and barber shop which means whatever you need during your stay is between your hand. The area is safe and quite. Taxis stop by the front door ready to give a ride to any distinction. The room is quite large and comfortable, the bed and mattresses as well as the sheets were very clean and shiny. Bathroom is awesome. So many closets and areas to put your clothes and stuff in them. The room has a balcony that you can get fresh air and enjoy seeing Amman city from high floor. The breakfast buffet is perfect it almost include everything you could think of for breakfast and all food is fresh and delicious. There is a parking area attached to the hotel for your car and many free street parking available around the hotel. Parking on streets in Amman overnight is no problem at all since it is one of the safest cities in the world. Enjoy your stay with very nice and professional staff that are ready 24/7 to.provide help when needed.

Excellent staff at all levels. Everybody is sincerely smiling, welcoming, keen to serve you and at ease in their work. Our stay in Amman was a real success specifically due to the welcoming and recommendations of Alconcierge Mr MOHAMMAD . Special thanks also to Mr Abdulrahman at the reception for his kindness and management. I was happy to talk to the Director of food and beverage, very kind, present on the field and to the general manager and I think that the excellent atmosphere and service of the staff are due to their efforts and management.

Excellent staff, rooms are big and comfortable. Hotel stored our luggage in safe keeping whilst we went away for a few days. I will definitely stay again at Amman Paradise

Breakfast is very limited. More options needed. we requested an iron and an old faulty iron was given. No ironing board available. Bathroom is very old. Need to upgrade. Paper cups are provided for hot tea and coffee instead of porcelain or fine China. This is dangerous plus not what a 4 star hotel should be providing. The milk jug in the breakfast hall was broken and the spout was cracked yet they still used it to serve milk. Exceptionally dangerous. It was changed after complaining though

This was my second time staying at the property and I also convinced my two other colleagues to stay here which they did not regret. The hotel is very clean and conveniently located in an upscale and quite neighborhood, but not far from city attractions. The amenities were adequate and the bed and room was quite cozy and spacious with good views of the city. The front desk was efficient. The breakfast was good but didn't find my favorite falafal in the breakfast, and i recommend to add it to the menu. The hotel was 10 mins drive from Taj Lifestyle Mall and the City Mall. There is a mini supermarket, laundry shops and shawerma shops located just opposite to the hotel where one can grab a sandwhich at any odd time and buy any day to day amenities. also I fount a lot of tourists from different countries checking in and out which clearly is sign of confidence in the hotel. Overall, I liked to stay here and would definitely comeback in furture visits.

I couldn't figure out the shampoo and/or the shower gel which was in the same wall hanged dispenser with both labels. Hotel should consider providing mini toiletries and soap bars, as many people may prefer to use soap bar instead of shower gel. It will be also good to consider providing ironboard and iron if possible and some electric sockets by the bedside for charging phones etc.

It’s a well managed 4 star hotel with good receptionists. I stayed there for 3 nights, and had a good stay. Breakfast was good, and they changed menu every day. Room was quiet and spacious, but most of all, the hotel staff gave me a welcoming feeling. Near the entrance, there is a tour desk. The manager, Yasar is a honest and very care about how to make my days better. Very organized tour, and I enjoyed. Highly recommended.

None… but it’s 20 min by car from old town and attractions. I had a car and parked at the property free, but if you don’t have a car, you can easily take a taxi. Not expensive, use a taxiApp.

The staff is professional and responds promptly. The hotel is very quiet and clean. The location is excellent. I misplaced my passport in the room, but thanks to the meticulous efforts of the supervisor, Ashraf, and a dedicated staff member, it was found. I'm grateful for their assistance.
