It was in a good and relatively quiet location. It was easily accessible to several restaurants and there was a cafe just beside the guest house. But what really got my attention was the staff. I was impressed with the service and they went the extra mile to ensure that I enjoyed my stay. The manager, Laith was very caring as was Muhammad. Another person, Mohammad Alnaqeeb helped me with a tour and without his help I would not have been able to visit Petra. All in all, I had a wonderful stay and will stay here again when I return to Jordan.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay, thanks to Mohammad Al Hindi, the receptionist. He was incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive to our needs from the moment we arrived. Not only did he make us feel at home, but he also upgraded our room and went out of his way to fulfill all of our requests. His excellent service truly made our stay more enjoyable, and I highly recommend this hotel because of him!

The bathroom is a bit old and needs some work But overall everything was very good and it's such a great place

Entrance to restaurant was like going through a cleaners cupboard. The restaurant was large but empty. We were asked by the restaurant staff if we would like to sit outside but didnt realise we would be sitting next to a very busy road. The greek salad was good and the falafel was fine. Staff were attentive and helpful but we didnt enjoy the dining experience because of the setting.

Slightly smelly with cigarette smoke. Showers could do with an upgrade. And the WiFi on the top floor was really weak. Other than that it was great. I would definitely book again. Rather I would book anywhere else if I was in Amman.

A warm welcome, very nice and helpful people at the reception, a clean light and silent room, perfect. Not to forget the daily provided bottles of water and the small but fine balcony. Concering the location: a very sympathic Cafe right next door, and a very good lebanese restaurant just across the street ... just to mention these two of many.

A little improvement of the breakfast buffett would be welcome.

Breakfast was interesting with cheese platters, fresh veg ad fruit, breads and butter/jam. However it was repetitive as we stayed for 6nights, although you could ask the reception for like scrambled eggs and they would give it to you freshly made.

The plugs in different rooms were different, also the sizes of the rooms, are all varying. Like we were 5 girls who booked and each one had a different room, even though we all selected/paid for the same room. Which is strange but also pleasantly surprising.

The staff was exceptionally welcoming, kind, and helpful. I initially reserved a family suite for four kids, but upon our arrival, they upgraded us to a junior suite with an additional room featuring a king-sized bed at no extra cost, ensuring our kids' comfort. This gesture was deeply appreciated—thank you so much to the wonderful staff.

Cleanness, large room, water bottles available, breakfast and its area (it was very basic but the staff was willing to help and it included omelette, honey).

Bad view (I requested to change room to better view and higher floor but the receptionist didn’t) , furniture was old in the room, tiolet cover was uncomfortable,

I was very pleased to stay in the hotel, one of the most beautiful things is as if you are in your home, the staff is very cooperative, one of the best reception team is Mr. Taha and Mr. Fouad, their treatment is wonderful and they always seek to help, the hotel rooms are wonderful, they are a mixture between the past and the present in a good way Great breakfast, always warm shower water, there is a spa inside the hotel that you can use for a small price
