I reported a smell in the bathroom, and it was fixed on the same day. The sewage elbow was also changed. We stayed for 20 days in the same room, and we asked for the room to be deep-cleaned during our stay. One of the busiest hotels, where there is at least one celebratory party (by locals) every night, which is held in either the 6th floor or the ground floor. You don't hear any noise, and all parties and noise stop by midnight. Despite the hotel's location on the busiest roads in the whole Kingdom, it is well isolated, so you don't hear much noise unless it's one of those muscle cars. Staff greet by name and with a smile.

The only letdown would be when guests arrive to attend parties, they tend to block the entrance, and you have to force your way between guests. The breakfast bar has a good selection in general, including the presence of a chef who cooks eggs to your taste. However, the warm selection can be improved.

Sound proof needs to be improved , our room was on the side of the street, and it is noisy. Some minor details , putting one towel only instead of two. Tissues were not replaced when boxes were empty. We needed to checkout only one hour late, and they allowed only 30 minutes. For me, this is not accepted. We asked for only one hour and were not allowed.

First of all, I'd like to thank Rasha and Raed for their outstanding manners & customer service. I had a slight issue that needed to be addressed. Luckily, Rasha resolved the matter professionally in no time. I was also impressed with the amazing receptionist "wearing white head scarf at the time" for upgrading my room. Thank you guys for making my stay in Amman, Jordan extra memorable! I will not hesitate to stay at the Ayass Hotel again. Highly recommended. Loud music coming from the ballroom on a daily basis, but it's not a big issue, I wore earplugs before bed 😂

Lucky me, front office manager Mr. Bennouh checked me in. He was phenomenal in the process; 5-star professionalism in spoken language and body language. The hotel has high-standard and high-tech security and safety regulations. Professional and polite staff, outstanding cleanness. The breakfast was excellently delicious with many options. The location is very good. The paid professional services spa after 6 PM is male only where one can scrub away, steam or massage. This hotel is easily 5-star hotel if you don't mind it missing a bar.

Room was wide, well organized and fancy. Wi-Fi was more than great with high speed. Many choices were available at breakfast. Food was delicious. really liked all items i tried. The team was great. Front office team specially Mahmoud Abo Ads was more than helpful, kind, responsive and always smiley. Check in was very fast and they did an upgrade for my room. I enjoyed my stay there and i sure i like to rebook in the future.

Staff are very kind , rooms are clean all the time , breakfast is tasry and you can find whatever you like .

Room fridge doesn't cool things and if you neef to keep medecin in fridge you have to keep it stored in their coolers and it's not comfortable.

The property is strategically located and good value for money. Staff are very hard working.

Weekends can be noisy and crowded due to constant stream of weddings and celebrations.

The location is very good near to most of the restaurants and supermarkets, the stuff is good and special thanks to Front office manager Mr. Raed Bennoh, that was very helpful and obtain very good hospitality

There is some noise due the repair for improving the hotel

This hotel is located on Madina Munawara street. This is a busy road and it can get a bit noisy at times.There are numerous shops, cafes and local restaurants on this street. Reception and checking in was quick and efficient.The suite I stayed in was a good size and included a bedroom and living toom and en-suite bathroom. The rooms are clean and tidy. This 4 star hotel in my opinion represents very good value for money and a simple Middle Eastern style breakfast is included in the price. I will stay again in this hotel.

Can get noisy from the street at some times.
