I liked how clean and comfortable the rooms were, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was quiet and relaxing. The staff were friendly and always ready to help, which made the stay even better. The location was convenient, close to everything I needed, and the place was well-maintained. I also appreciated the simple but fresh breakfast each morning.

The only thing I didn’t like was the Wi-Fi—it kept disconnecting and going off continuously, which was a bit annoying during my stay.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Nishan hotel , and I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly cozy, and I appreciated the attention to detail in the room’s decor and cleanliness.

Everything is great. The hotel is nice and fits my needs. It’s located in the middle of a market with lots of variety. You can find everything you want, like restaurants, shops, and dessert stores. Honestly, it was a good choice. I don't want to forget the wonderful and friendly staff.

According to my needs, I don't think there was anything I didn't like.

The location was great surrounded but so many shops and restaurants but the rooms have good isolation so you don't hear the street noises. The deluxe rooms were remodeled and in great condition. The staff were nice, professional and friendly and can't mention this without talking about the extraordinary service I received from Zaid (he went above and beyond to set the ideal example for a great customer service). The breakfast was great with some many variety.

I got to see the standard rooms definitely I don't recommend those they are super old, go for the deluxe rooms. I was in the 3rd floor and the 4th floor is the kitchen it gets pretty noisy in the morning as you can hear the chairs moving.

The location is perfect, near by the shops, near by the mosque , excellent breakfast, friendly helpful staff starting from the security in the entrance side , the room service staff , the reception staff up to the restaurant staff, all were excellent, the room were quiet and clean , family respectful hotel .

The toilet floor cleaning need to be better .

Clean, modern, friendly, professional and great food. A fantastic hotel that provides excellent value in an excellent location. Kettle and fridge included in the room. Shampoo, shower gel, hair dryer loofah included! The buffet breakfast and dinner options are fabulous. A clean hotel that has been excellent. Thank you.

Very friendly staff at the door by the desk, especially very pleasant guy named Mustafa Al Tammi, hi five for him.Breakfast buffet was amazing, fresh delicious plenty, more than I would find in some North American countries . Where i live. very friendly staff specifically I would like to thank chef Abeer whom I’ve never met before . She is an amazing chef. Her food is superb. Very amusing location of the breakfast room is just a refreshing clean spot. Would love to stay there and spend hours in that bright spot thank you everyone ✅👏👏

Some minor maintenance needed in washroom

The staff, especially Asma from the front office was really helpful and responsive. She was even kind to allow us to use her phone for ordering food to the hotel, because our phones weren't working. The front office was also kind to offer us exchange of JODs for USD so that we could pay for the food. They have their own bakery and supermarket which is amazing. It really helped us, given that it was difficult to find food due to Ramadan.

We were put off by a slightly smelly bathroom when we entered, however, the staff was very responsive, and they came immediately to rectify the situation. The location was slightly away from downtown.

The hotel is clean, the room is good and clean. It has everything we need, a kettle, coffee, tea and there is an iron and iron table, there are slippers too. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. The location is in the middle of an active area, souq al sultan. There are shops, restaurants, grocery store, and bakery. There is a very good iraqi restaurant nearby, Zohour al shefa, 8 minutes walking.

The location is good but it's an active area, so you'll be in traffic when you go to other places by car.

The room was very cozy and clean. The amenities were very modern. Breakfast buffet had really good options. It had beautiful city view. It was within proximity of many good restaurants. They arranged someone to pick us up from the airport. They were kind enough to provide us 3 water bottles everyday whenever we asked to provide that.

The wifi of the hotel was not good. It kept disconnecting and reconnecting every few minutes.
