This place is very close to the main street and near the bus stop. A lot of food and grocery places deliver there for cheep. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I required an Iron and the staff gave me one when I asked. They even let me know that there is a microwave I can use and let me keep it in the apartment for the duration of my stay. The bathroom was clean and came with a high presser shower. The kitchen is decent but it doesn't have a lot of utensils, though if you ask the staff the will provide you with what they can.

The rooms and furniture smelled like cigarette smoke. The couches and the AC's filters are in need of a cleaning.

The apartment is spacious and comfortable. The staff are lovely and always make us feel very welcome. I have returned to this apartment three times and I will return again.

I really liked the staff. The two men who I met working in reception were very helpful and polite. I felt safe in the area and in the building and the apartment was comfortable and spacious.

There was not enough cutlery or plates. There were not pans for cooking/ However I bought these myself locally.

Stayed here for work as it was close to my work location. The apartment was spacious and clean, A/C provides good heating. Furniture/curtains old and worn out. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Not the fault of the property but because it is on the main road you have traffic noise.

The people at the reception were very kind and helpful, available at all time. Very spacious, much sunlight, own balcony. The last day, after checking out, I could leave my suitcase at the reception until 5pm. This was no problem. Communication was not always easy because of the language (English). But in the end we always managed to understand each other.

High-standard, comfortable, spacious apartments (above standards of others on the same price level). Clean bathroom with high pressure of water in the shower (something not common in Jordanian accomodations). The staff was friendly and available. Close to main street, but with places to park a car. Good location if You want to be close to Amman but not in the city center itself, also easy to visit places of interest in the north-western part of the country.
