The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The location was perfect—close to major attractions yet peaceful enough for a relaxing getaway. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options to choose from. I also appreciated the attention to detail in the hotel’s cleanliness and overall ambiance. What a fantastic diamond of a hotel, nothing was too good for them, and they pulled out all of the stops. I booked this hotel as a stopover for travelling to Petra for my wife's 60th Birthday. The gust relations manager Yara Sadeki was absolutely brilliant and personally looked after all of the arrangement for the decoration of the room with balloons and rose petals and organised a cake. The hotel is classed as a boutique hotel in Amman and the interior design and attention to detail is first class. Would 100% return to this hotel and would highly recommend it to everyone.

I mean this is my second time staying in the hotel first as a honeymoon and this time as a pleasure I felt like a king 👑 everyone is so nice u feel Ur home Mrs Yara is so attentive kind and caring so much about how do you feel thank you so much u made our stay insanely warm for the staff form the door Mr Mahmood Mr Abu hani the smile the welcoming the reception the staff of the restaurant is awesome Mr Osama thank you from my heart it's the place that will let you forget the outside world the rooms is neat clean beautiful warm the design of everything is really exceptional

This hotel was truly fantastic. We traveled as family, we booked two rooms with the hope we would be close to each other, instead we got a fabulous family suite with two separate rooms that were connected by a corredor, Perfect for families! From the moment we made our reservation we were contacted by the hotel staff asking us if we had any additional requests before our arrival. Very nice!!! Big and clean king size beds. High speed WIFI and smart TV’s easy to connect to my Netflix account. Breakfast and service was superb, Amazing variety of delicious food and drinks. Special shout out to the amazing Yara (guest relations manager) she made our stay even more delightful, always so attentive and care for every detail of our stay! Thank you! Free parking on the hotel. All facilities were well kept and clean, super nice pool area!

Every thing was amazing!

The staff was absolutely incredible! Omar from the front office and the rest of the team, along with the food & beverage staff especially Bassam! , concierge, and public relations team, were all fantastic and genuinely helpful. The room service was outstanding—always on time and attentive to every detail. The atmosphere was so warm and welcoming that I never felt like I was away from home.
