Yara the guest relations manager, performs an exemplary role. It feels that she is the heart of the hotel. She is both professional and warm- guests feel comfortable , relaxed and nothing is too much trouble for her and the hotel team. The desk duty staff are also excellent as are the cleaning and porter staff. I would also highly recommend Mohammed the hotel driver, whose manners are wonderful and he also performs his role to a top standard. Big thanks to Mohammed. This hotel is a gem..the rooms are perfect, exceptionally clean , modern and remarkably bright and comfortable. I will definately stay here again if I return to Amman. Thanks again, Yara and team. What a fantastic diamond of a hotel, nothing was too good for them, and they pulled out all of the stops. I booked this hotel as a stopover for travelling to Petra for my wife's 60th Birthday. The gust relations manager Yara Sadeki was absolutely brilliant and personally looked after all of the arrangement for the decoration of the room with balloons and rose petals and organised a cake. The hotel is classed as a boutique hotel in Amman and the interior design and attention to detail is first class. Would 100% return to this hotel and would highly recommend it to everyone.

This hotel was truly fantastic. We traveled as family, we booked two rooms with the hope we would be close to each other, instead we got a fabulous family suite with two separate rooms that were connected by a corredor, Perfect for families! From the moment we made our reservation we were contacted by the hotel staff asking us if we had any additional requests before our arrival. Very nice!!! Big and clean king size beds. High speed WIFI and smart TV’s easy to connect to my Netflix account. Breakfast and service was superb, Amazing variety of delicious food and drinks. Special shout out to the amazing Yara (guest relations manager) she made our stay even more delightful, always so attentive and care for every detail of our stay! Thank you! Free parking on the hotel. All facilities were well kept and clean, super nice pool area!

The staff was absolutely incredible! Omar from the front office and the rest of the team, along with the food & beverage staff especially Bassam! , concierge, and public relations team, were all fantastic and genuinely helpful. The room service was outstanding—always on time and attentive to every detail. The atmosphere was so warm and welcoming that I never felt like I was away from home.
