We had an amazing experience at this property, which is conveniently located near the city centre and the University of Jordan. It's a fantastic place to stay, especially if you're looking for easy access to popular restaurant chains like McDonald's, KFC, Costa Coffee, and Domino's Pizza. The breakfast at the property was absolutely delightful, and their room service exceeded my expectations. The reception staff were incredibly helpful throughout my stay, always going above and beyond to assist me with any queries or requests. The room itself was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the complimentary coffee and tea options available. It truly felt like a home away from home. Overall, we highly recommend this place for its convenient location, delicious breakfast, excellent room service, and attentive staff. It made our stay truly enjoyable, and we would definitely choose to stay here again in the future.

Nothing bad.

This is an excellent hotel and well worth the price , the rooms are spacious , clean plus have a fridge. The location was very close to the language centre where I was . Location is also in good range of the bus station and University. The breakfast range was good , and all the staff are very friendly and helpful , especially Issa Abu Omar at reception was extremely helpful and very friendly. The reception staff are always ready to help ! The restaurant staff are also very friendly and always happy to help .

Facilities are good. Easy access to the Jordan University and near to many food stalls too. Staff are very friendly and nice. Uber is easily available. Near to most locations such as Downtown Balad. Surely will come again next time

The choice of breakfast is limited

As soon as I enter the room, it smells sooo good! The properties are clean and well organized. Their free breakfast is delicious too! And the price? So worth it. Overall, I enjoy my stay.

I requested for a twin bed but got a queen bed instead. Maybe need to remind the reception again after online booking.

Hotel overall is clean. Housekeeping did the cleaning and made the room everyday, I would like to thank them for that. Staff at the reception are friendly and helpful. Mr. Samir very is very nice and attended all our queries.

There is no balcony in all hotel rooms despite the fact it was mentioned room "with balcony "in booking.com for our room. this need to be corrected. Breakfast lacks cheese varieties or egg station.

This is my second time here. I like this place. Staff are friendly, and free coffee is available at the entrance. Breakfast has many varieties. The room is clean, spacious, and quiet. Free water bottles and hot drinks in the room. Manh fast food restaurents around the hotle.

Internet is not stable and sometimes at nighf it goes down to almost 16 Mbps becasuse of the pressure.

overall, it was very nice to stay holy land hotel due to its great location, exceptional cafe and staff. it is located in the perfect place, not in rushing downtown but at the very side of the main road and university of Jordan. and it’s surrounding has plenty of cafes and restaurants. above all, the staff Sameer and Melek and all others were really very nice and helpful to make our stay perfect. thanks for everything.

in general, it was a great experience for us. only the Wi-Fi and detailed cleaning can be improved. also, not having a balcony could be a minus.

The staff are friendly, very clean room and sheets. Very quiet for a hotel on a busy street. The service, the room and the cleanliness was matching the price paid for.

The breakfast variety can be better, it was very limited options. There were no bathrobes in the hotel, which was a bummer. No electricity next to the bed

The breakfast wasn't good, not fresh food, and sometimes rotten ingredients. And it's weird that the coffee isn't included in the breakfast!! i had to pay extra to drink coffee!
