Starting fron the traditional Jordanian welcoming entrance, to the super friendly Staff. To the big size room, to the decent size nice balcony with the city view, to the calmness, cleaness. I delt with Ibrahim, Hasan mainly, but all others were always smiling. I stayed their during the holy month of Ramadan, Hotel took the responsibility of waking people up to have a free hotel Suhoor. The location of the hotel is great, surrounded with alot of resturants, coffee shops, supermarkets, banks and other services, as if u r in the midtown. I will select them for my next visit.

The hotel exceeded my expectations! The view was lovely, the curtains kept the room very dark so I could sleep in, and the location was perfect for what I was doing in the city. The bed was comfortable, and the room had everything I needed. I used the laundry service and it was very fast, as well. The staff were also very nice. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was great! The only small issue was that the room smelled slightly of cigarette smoke, but after turning on the AC and airing out the room, I didn't notice it. It was also mostly in the living room area and not the sleeping area thankfully.

It was fantastic experience living in this amazingly comfortable hotel. Room is spacious. The hotel stuff treated me so well that made me feel I was at home, especially Mr Nemer Abood and his nephew. They are quite helpful and nice people. I could not believe that I extended my stay there for two times. Fabulous, strongly recommended. Countless thanks to the friends there. All the best

Great location, close to many restaurants and services* * Great service, Thank you Abu Sara for the smooth late check in and checkout, to chef Hasan for Suhoor meals everyday* Accommodated last minute requests for a desk and chair, helped me get some work done remotely.

Friendly and accommodating staff. Great location and great balcony. The room was more spacious than expected which is good. Nimer was especially helpful with extending my stay with a discount.

Nothing really except sound isolation - the isolation is great from the outside (balcony door) but noise from the staff cleaning in the hallway was audible in the room (room door).

Mohammed Taha, I cannot thank you enough for looking after me every single day of my stay. You very kindly assisted me with everything I needed 😊 Hotel had everything a person could ask for! Single room size is bigger than some double rooms. I know where I’m staying when I’m visiting Jordan again!

room was specious and it was easy to find this place. room was ready before checkin time. receptions was friendly

I am not sure if the room was ready - there was no bottled water, tea or coffee ( only kettle to boil water). In the bathroom there was no place to hang a towel. receptions copied our passports. breakfast was served to the room- choice was really nice but would be better to eat it the designated place. and the upgraded room was on the 1st floor with street view

Not easy to comunicate with the staff.
