defently the staff!! the staff was exceptional. Especially the reception: which was cooperative, patient, informative, and smiley. the reception man which was his name "Zaid" was remarkable. the breakfast was well rounded, there were tasty dishs and some not. the good ones were: the local white cheese, the "Makdoos", the bread, and turkey meat slices. the breakfasts hall is comfortable and relaxing. privacy was well respected. your requests were answered.

bathroom's door needed to be fixed. the shower's water was warm, not hot.there could be roof shower not the old phone-like shower. furniture could be better by adding a tribble sofa instead of the doubled one for couples rooms. the isolation between rooms could be better.

The service guys at receiption was more than wonderfull, Zaid and the other young man "i forget his name"and the lady at recieption all are more that great guys, they are all helpful and excellent.also the location is excellent everything you need you can found near you, the hotel was so clean as the room too.

The staff was wounderful, the location is so great for any thing you need, the cleaning is fantastic too, also the reservation and the flexibility to change dates directly with the hotel is one of there strong points. Great time in sofia hotel.

Perfect home away from home. The staff was exceptional, friendly and welcoming. They were quick to assist with anything we needed. The rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast was delicious, had a huge variety of options and different every day. I will stay here again when I return for my next visit.
