Hotel is good and in good location. Rooms and bathrooms were good and comfortable.

We had a very bad incident, when we were going to our room after Check in. The lift was stuck and we were inside the lift for almost 10 minutes. We were pressing the emergency button but no response. Then we call the reception from Mobile, after some time the technician came and rescued us. That was a very bad and scary experience. After that we use only stairs to go to our room. The other problem was that the staffs and receptionist were speaking only Arabic. No English speaking staff was there. That was little hard to communicate.

The property is conveniently located in Dahiet AlRasheed. Everything is close by and a walking distance from the hotel. The hotel is clean and the staff are very helpful and welcoming. Especially Mr. Muhannad he was a great help when we want to extend our stay.

Spending time at this hotel was a nice experiance , because this is my first time staying in an Apartment Hotel type , cleanliness is top , quietness is top , privacy is top , location of the hotel is top and we have markets for everything you need just next to the hotel , special thanks to Mr.Muhannad for taking care of us he is super nice and elegant .

- The apartment to close to Alhussein Cancer Center as we came for this hospital ( 2 minutes walking distance). - friendly staff and comfortable stay. - The staff was very cooperative, professional, and friendly, especially in reception, Mr. Muhannad & Hussain. I recommend it highly, especially for people who want to visit Al Hussain Cancer Center. - There are closed cold stores and some restaurants.

The property is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff is amazing, and Muhannad deserves a special mention for being incredibly helpful throughout our time here. This isn’t our first visit, and we’ve already recommended it to others. We’ll definitely stay here again!

Maybe a little more kitchen utensils would have been helpful, also a few more crockery, also mugs for drinks instead of little cups.

The place was nice and clean, the price was very reasonable for the services provided. The staff was very polite, and the overall interaction was smooth and professional. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay.
