Great room, serviceand breakfast

I would like to extend my sincere thanks and compliments to the staff of the Luxury Sulaf Hotel in Amman, where I stayed for four nights last week. From the moment I arrived, the entire team was exceptionally welcoming, professional, and attentive.

Room service was excellent as well, with a special mention to Sultan, who maintained the room impeccably and ensured it reflected the luxury promised by the hotel’s name. Every staff member—from security personnel to porters, receptionists, and restaurant staff—truly embodied the spirit of luxury hospitality.

Super clean, nice and friendly staff with very sophisticated communication skills. I was served by Shahd, an awesome front desk helper.

Small cafeteria

Exceptionally friendly and professional staff - from the reception desk through to housekeeping and security. Accommodated my late check-in at 2am without any issues at all. Clean, comfortable and well located. If you're after good food in the area and want easy access to the rest of the city, this is an excellent option. The bedroom was also larger than expected with both a lounge area as well as a separate sleeping area. Very well-presented.

The only thing that some people will be looking for that this property doesn't have is a swimming pool, but this wasn't a deal-breaker for me, and I was aware of this when i made the booking. The gym is very much on the small side - a set of weights up to 7.5kg, and a couple of treadmills - very limited. Again, this wasn't a dealbreaker for me.

Sulaf Hotel exceeded my expectations! The location is perfect, close to EVERYTHING 👌🏽. The staff and their warm hospitality👌🏽. The cleanliness👌🏽. The breakfast buffet with a wide variety. The hot water & water pressure is amazing 👌🏽 I definitely will stay at this Hotel again when I come next year.

The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. The front desk team, especially Toleen, the restaurant team, and the housekeeping team were excellent. The room was spacious and well equipped. The location of the hotel is exceptional. It is located on a street with many shops, cafes and restaurants. The breakfast at the hotel restaurant was tasty and delicious. I enjoyed the breakfast very much.

Breakfast was amazing and a nice range everyday. Staff were always available to assist and help. Also fresh omelettes made tailored to your desires!!!

Honestly this hotel has been so amazing. I cannot say one bad thing.

Room size is good, staff are helpful and the hotel is close to restaurants and convenience stores. The front desk staff will get you an Uber if you want to go downtown.

The breakfast was horrible. This is a tourist hotel and the breakfast room is too small for the number of people it must accommodate at one time. The quality of hot dishes was poor and fresh fruit was limited. The egg station was good but the chef was overworked- because this was the best option.

Hotel location is very good. Very friendly staff. Nice and big rooms. We used transport for Petra and local sightseeing which were promptly arranged and prices were reasonable. Special appreciation for Toleen at the front desk for all her help and suggestions.
