Staff were very nice and professional. They helped recommend restaurants in the area and their recommendations were great restaurants! They also offer tours outside of Amman and great deals for spas in the area. We arrived to the hotel before the check-in time and as the rooms were ready they let us have the rooms about a couple hours earlier which was very helpful for us. The location is great, and there are many things to do around in the city center. I highly recommend paying a visit to Abu Waseem fresh juices and shakes which is right around the corner (attaching a photo of the place), we had a drink there at least once a day throughout our stay. The hotel also has a very chill beautiful backyard with a tiny kitchen which is open every day until 23:30. The room includes a balcony and everything was very clean and tidy. Definitely a 10/10 with such a low price for the value!

Nothing we didn’t like, we enjoyed our stay very much! One thing to note though, room service isn’t provided daily and is only available every three days.

I had a fantastic stay at The Sydney Hotel in Amman. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, always ready to help with anything I needed. They went above and beyond by giving us great advice on how to explore the most beautiful places in the city center and were also willing to assist with organizing tours across Jordan. The room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable, and the location was perfect for discovering the city. Another great advantage was the hot water, which was always available and very satisfying. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Oman.

While my stay at The Sydney Hotel was overall very pleasant, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. The room felt a bit cold at times, and although the air conditioning was powerful, it was slightly old and a bit noisy. Additionally, the breakfast was quite basic and could have had more variety. Despite these small inconveniences, the overall experience was positive, thanks to the excellent staff and great location.

I stayed at The Sydney Hotel in Amman for two nights (March 29–30, 2025 and April 4-5) with a friend, and it was a great experience. The location is very central—you can walk to most tourist spots easily. The staff was super friendly and even arranged a Dead Sea tour for us at a price lower than what we found online. The room was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a short stay. Would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a convenient and affordable place in the heart of Amman!

Honestly, we had no complaints, but note that it’s a simple hotel, ideal for short, central stays.

The rooms were spotlessly clean and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay. The hotel’s location is fantastic, within walking distance of many key attractions, making it incredibly easy to explore the city. The staff was warm, welcoming, and always ready to help—whether it was answering our questions, providing directions, or assisting with organizing tours. Their kindness and professionalism made a real difference in our stay. Breakfast was simple yet satisfying, giving us a great start to each day.

An amazing place to stay in Amman if you're looking for something close to the city center and with a very good price. The staff was super friendly, they even let us store our luggage at the end of our trip, one week after our stay, before the flight departed. The breakfast costs 4JOD and it was very tasty, with salty and sweet options. I could also buy a sim card at the hotel, so I didn't have to worry about getting one somewhere else. There are some parking slots right in front of the hotel. I was always lucky to find a spot available and even if there wasn't any, in the sorroudings there were plenty of options. The hotel also contacted me days before to offer services in case I wanted to do any tours or help regarding my staying in Jordan. I definitely would stay here again if I'm back in Amman.

It was clean with a good breakfast and comfy beds and also good pillows. Room has small fridge and you get small shampoos, soup, towels, tissues. Breakfast was tasty. 24h reception. Good location in the downtown

Maybe door isolation

The friendliness of the staff. They really gave me a hand trying to do a low budget tour to Wadi Rum and Wadi Musa. They always kept in contact to know if the arrangements worked out. It was flawless! The accommodation itself I found it comfortable, the only thing is I was freezing. But that's maybe just me. The rooms are well equipped with AC. The breakfast was really nice. The bed comfortable. And the location is just great. Just behind the Rainbow Street, and literally less than 10' to downtown. Super clean. Literally top notch. Safe area.

So friendly and welcoming. Very considerate of my needs- being exhausted and first time in Jordan they were chatty and helpful and told me everything I needed to know in bite size chunks whilst also letting me check in quickly and straight to to bed😂. They also hooked me up with the best tour guide for the kings highway and read sea all the way to Petra . Al Naimat limousine : +962 7 9990 8889 💯 recommend. I had the best day.

The fish needs a name!!! Actually I loved everything, nothing to improve, the cat was cute and the fish fascinating.

The location was ideal for what we wanted - close to Rainbow Street, but not noisy. It was clean and comfortable, and the staff were great - even though our inbound flight was delayed so we didn’t get to the hotel until 4am, and then one evening we decided we’d like to go to the Dead Sea early the next morning. In no time at all a car was arranged plus access to a beach hotel for less than any of the scheduled trips we’d found online. And we got an early breakfast - Thank you!
