Great view of the citadel. Great restaurant and food was excellent. Lovely room.

The water was lukewarm in the shower. The bed needed a new mattress. When our room was cleaned the staff repacked our bags and placed them in the cupboards - when we entered the room again we thought we’d been robbed. Little nicknacks we use for traveling were thrown away. This was VERY unpleasant and not something we’ve ever experienced while traveling. Staff should not pack guests belongings etc.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this delightful place, and I must say, it surpassed all my expectations! From the moment I arrived, Haneen and the entire staff were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to ensure my stay was nothing short of perfect. Each employee I encountered was helpful and attentive, making me feel right at home. The hotel itself is in an excellent location, conveniently situated to enjoy the city's best attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas. It's a fantastic spot for anyone looking to explore the area. The room I stayed in was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, creating a relaxing and comfortable environment to return to after a day of sightseeing. The combination of a charming atmosphere, exceptional cleanliness, and a top-notch team of staff makes this hotel a standout choice. I would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Amman, and I look forward to returning soon. Thanks to Haneen and everyone at the Wild Jordan Center for making my stay so memorable!

This is a wonderful place to stay. The apartment is spacious with comfortable beds and proper heating, which was much appreciated during cold and rainy weather. All staff are super friendly. Food at the restaurant is delicious. I will definitely stay here again.

The bathroom is clean but a little bit run down. The water heater didn't work but this was fixed quickly.

With the plethora of hotel choices in Amman, we had a hard time landing on a final decision. After extensive research, we opted for Wild Jordan. What a great choice we made! First off, this boutique "hotel" is situated in a very nice, safe, upscale neighbourhood, and it is super close to galleries, restaurants and shops. It has free parking on site, with 24/7 security. The food served at their restaurants is super delicious and very well priced. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner almost every day we stayed there, even though there were lots of choices all around the area. To top it all off, they make the most delicious smoothies we've ever tasted. Some of the rooms have stunning views towards the Citadel. There is also a nice souvenir shop on site, and a desk where guests can book activities. The young woman at the reception was very helpful in recommending sights to visit. She also arranged for a super early ride to the airport, which we found to be fairly priced. The driver was courteous and picked us promptly, even though we had to leave at 4:30am. All in all, an amazing experience. Our only regret was that we could not spend more time!

Really enjoyed staying at Wild Jordan center on our first visit to Amman. I don’t think you’ll find a better quality hotel situated right in the heart of the city - two minutes walk away from main street and Rainbow street. The rooms are spacious and clean with good amenities. The restaurant at the property is exceptional and the staff are eager to serve and please guests.

We weren’t given an option for bed type and unfortunately had to sleep in single beds during our stay.

Breakfast at the cafe was excellent as were dinner options. Only a short walk from Rainbow Street and also (down the hill) to the centre of the markets. The view of the Citadel and flag from the balcony was lovely to look at from the little balcony. The fittings of the apartment and the rest of the centre were interesting/quirky/industrial eg catering baskets for the bathroom lights.

I’d like to start saying I would live in that place forever. The apartment was very comfortable, clean, and well equipped. You had everything you could need. You get exactly what you see in the pictures. The staff is amazing, always helpful and nice. The food of the restaurant was amazing, I will definitely miss my cold smoothie I used to order after every long walk day. The apartments are located two blocks away from rainbow street, and still 24 mins walkable distance to the craziness of the center and amphitheater and citadel. I really enjoyed my stay there.

Nothing negative

Located close to all the historical sights and in walking distance of all the restaurants on Rainbow Street. Very friendly and helpful staff. I used the Wild Jordan cafe for breakfast (excellent range of breakfast options on your doorstep). The apartment was lovely. I'd happily return here.

Although I appreciated there was a coffee making option in the room - I'd happily swap the nespresso machine with a simple caffitiere (coffee pot). I personally find them really awkward to use and not very eco friendly. A few basics for the kitchen would be helpful too ie washing up liquid

Very central, a short walk from Rainbow Street and 20-30 minutes from attractions like the Citadel and Museum Great view from across to the Citadel and Temple of Hercules Spacious with sitting area and kitchenette (including kettle and nespresso machine) and a small balcony Air con and wifi We arrived very late due to our flight, but the guard was expecting us so no problems at all. If you had a car there was parking too.

The center cafe doesn't open until 9 am if you want breakfast there.

The location of the property is great, walking distance to rainbow street and downtown. The kitchenette has all the basic equipment and a nice coffee machine. There is even a washing machine which can be used during the stay. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The restaurant offers a great view and good food.

The room where we were staying was next to a construction site, making it a bit dusty and the view was blocked by trees
