I was kindly upgraded to Beirut 2 by the team as this was their newer hotel. I have stayed here previously and loved it so much that I came back. It is the best value for money hotel in Amman and perhaps even Jordan. I unfortunately paid more for other hotels on my trip and none of them could compare. I experienced quite a few other hotels on my trip and this would be my favourite. The room was spacious and clean with a large King bed and a large bathroom too. The staff here are amazing and were able to assist whenever I needed them, including laundry services and advice regarding restaurants etc.

Very clean, very pleasant staff, very safe, very hospitable environment that made minor. Issues not matter. Really you feel like the most important person and they are always ready to solve any issue. Also best location, into town center and walking distance from major sights

Friendly suggestions: 1. wifi not stable, pls look into that. If we hadn't bought a data card upon arrival, we would have major problem since there was some really important work to be done online. 2. Breakfast could use some enrichment for eu tourists, maybe some oats, some yoghurt, some fruit etc. 3. Definitely add some espresso or filter coffee option for eu tourists.

The hotel itself offers basic amenities, but everything was clean, functional, and good value for the price. If you're looking for a simple, no-frills place in a prime location, this is a solid choice. What truly made my stay stand out, however, was the exceptional hospitality of the reception staff — especially Sofian and Muhammed. They went out of their way to assist me in so many ways: from helping me recover after a long, hot day in the sun, to recommending a reliable taxi app, to ensuring I got a fair deal on my airport transfer. Their kindness, local knowledge, and genuine care made me feel incredibly supported and looked after. I’m super grateful to both of them for their help and for making my stay in Amman so memorable. If you’re visiting the city and want a central, affordable, and welcoming place to stay, I highly recommend this hotel — especially thanks to its outstanding staff.

I had a really nice short stay in Amman. The location of the hotel is fantastic — right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore the main attractions, local shops, and restaurants on foot. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. They were always available to answer questions and offer helpful recommendations. The room itself was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable night, including a good bed, clean bathroom, and reliable Wi-Fi. Although it was just a one-night stay, I felt well taken care of and very much at home. I would definitely recommend Beirut Hotel to anyone looking for a convenient and friendly spot to stay in Amman, even for a short visit

The location is very good. The bed was comfortable. The receptionist tried to be helpful.

The room was noisy, because of the heavy traffic and the type of window. Narrow shower, but it was not a big problem. The breakfast was late for us, only from 8 am. We asked for a breakfast package, which contained salty pastries. (Additional info, maybe it helps: Ask about the taxi price to the Aiport including tax. It was only a 30-minute drive to the airport early in the morning (6:30 am-).

The hotel is in an excellent location right in the heart of downtown and the staff were very friendly and spoke impeccable English. Communication in advance of my stay regarding special requests was also fantastic. The price for the room was incredible given the location.

The room was very small and there was some traffic noise at night however this should be expected due to the central location. For the extremely reasonable price I cannot fault Beirut Hotel 1. I would definitely recommend the hotel.

The staff are very polite and helpful. They helped us to find and rent a car and also, helped us to find a good parking location. Also, we had an early flight, so they asked the chief to prepare an early breakfast for us. The breakfast was also nice, there were various choices, you could choose local food, but also standard for Europeans. The room was nice and clean, there is everything that you would need to feel comfortable. The location of the hotel is amazing as well, and it is in the deep city centre.
