The property is situated in the heart of downtown close to the tourist sites and shops which was ideal for our stay. The hotel is new and beautifully furnished to a high standard. The whole of the hotel oozes elegance! Our double room was spacious and clean, bathroom was very nice, there was a large variety at breakfast (fresh omelette everyday). Water was provided in the room everyday as well as tea and coffee facilities. The rooms were cleaned to a high standard. My husband used the gym which was good. Staff were exceptionally polite and helpful. We visit Amman regularly and this is by far the best hotel we have stayed at! There is a beautiful restaurant opening on the top floor in the next couple of weeks, we look forward to dining there on our next visit.

We had a great stay at Khan Khediwe Hotel! The location is excellent, close to everything you might want to explore. A big thank you to Ahmed and Naseer at the front desk, who were incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our stay. They shared fantastic recommendations for places to visit and local spots to eat, which really enhanced our experience. The transportation arranged by the hotel was also top-notch. Mohammed, our driver, was professional, punctual, and made getting around smooth and stress-free. Overall, a great experience and we’d definitely stay here again!

Staying at Khan Khediwe Hotel in Amman was an absolute delight! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that made me feel right at home. But what really made this stay unforgettable was the kindness of the staff. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, always helpful and welcoming. A special shoutout to the manager and the amazing team who made my birthday so memorable! Arriving to a heartfelt letter with warm wishes and fresh fruits was such a thoughtful surprise. It truly made my day and left me feeling so appreciated 🥹 If you're looking for a hotel in Amman that offers not just comfort but also a truly personal and welcoming experience, Khan Khediwe is the perfect choice. I can’t wait to return!

The location is excellent as it is right in the middle of Balad, the old city, it is behind the market and is walking distance to other attractions such as the Roman ampitheater, Citadel and shopping and restaurants (which is fantastic, if you like Middleastern fare). Additionally, although the location is busy and frequented by visitors till the evening, it is generally safe. It was my first visit to Amman and Jordan, and speaking to friends who live there, they said it was safe despite its bustling appearance.

I don't really have any complaints or issues, the location, the cleanliness and attentiveness of the staff along with the reasonable price is jut great value. I suppose if you drove there then there'd be issues about finding parking spaces.

I recently stayed at Khan Khediwe hotel and had a fantastic experience. The room was spacious and comfortable, providing plenty of space to relax after a day of exploring the city. The hotel is conveniently located near the main attraction, the Roman Amphitheater and Amman citadel making it easy to visit and enjoy this historic site. I am especially grateful to the reception team. They were incredibly helpful and attentive, making sure all my needs were met and providing excellent recommendations for things to do and places to eat in the area. Thanks to mr Leith , Ahmad , Nader ! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Amman. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The bathroom could be cleaned more thoroughly

If for some reason you find yourself needing to stay in this part of Amman, this is a good choice. It's a quiet, comfortable, and well-appointed hotel. The rooms are decent-sized and clean.

Driving in Amman is not for the faint of heart, and parking is even worse. The booking site said that the hotel offers free parking, but I now assume that that meant street parking. The problem is there isn't much and there was no way to pull up to the hotel to ask for help or to simply drop off luggage. Anyway, I had to circle the block a few times until a spot opened up in front of the hotel. I'm not sure if I got lucky, but it was a bit nerve-racking. Note also that it's a dry and smoke-free hotel.

From start to finish, I would say that this place was fabulous. You drive through crazy roads and would not expect this hotel to appear. Then you meet the staff who are the most warmest and kindest people ever. The lobby and reception were stunning. The rooms were a bit on the tiny side but we were comfortable.

Maybe have more staff available during breakfast especially when the hotel is fully booked. The staff member tried really hard but being the only person hosting, it was really difficult for him to host and top up items.

Great and new hotel in the heart of historical part of Amman - all sights are located nearby and are reachable just in a few minutes walk. I really enjoyed the room - it was spacious, clean, quiet, the design looked great, the bed was really big and so comfy. The bathroom was also clean and comfortable to use. Wi-Fi worked well.

-2 points because I was charged for a "damaged" towel from my room which should has been just washed as it was dirty. This is totally weird and unacceptable for a hotel of this level and unfriendly to me as to the guest.

Very friendly staff, super helpful. The breakfast was also good buffet jordinan style. The room was clean and housekeeping everyday cleaned properly. The location was perfect to walk to roman theater and citadel. The hotel arranged private driver for us to visit petra and jerash. If you like a privar car please book with Hassan (driver), he speaks excellent English and has a lot of knowlegde about Jordan and Amman. He made our trip memorable.

Some noise from street, since the hotel is located in old Amman high street. Bathroom had no ventilation but we opened our window. At times you can hear neighbours ( but we went on low season). The walls a bit thin.
