The staff were exceptionally accomodating to our needs and the hotel is perfectly placed. Fantastic in room facilities and we had a view of the citadel! The street is as quiet and clean and easy to find. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to end our trip to Jordan.

The bathroom is in need of an upgrade and some water pressure help.

The hotel was ideally situated just off Rainbow Street which is a popular tourist destination, cafes, restaurants, bars, shops etc. It is also about 20 mins walk to the Jordan museum and the Roman historical sites, Jordan Fine arts museum. The staff in the hotel were all very friendly and helpful. I had a very earlier departure from the hotel and the staff arrange for my breakfast to be available prior to my departure. Breakfast selection was good. Many thanks. The room allocated was a good size and comfortable.

I think the hotel could do with a painting refresh. The room allocated was nice but the lighting could be improved.

Mahmood really helped us out, went above and beyond to help us recover our bags that were misplaced by Egypt Air. He accommodated our room change when the AC wasn't working fast enough. (It was a heat wave in Jordan at the time).

Could improve furniture and decor.

Everything. Value for money. Great position, at the end of rainbow Street. Multitude of shops and restaurants are a short distance up the road. Plenty of close gift shops. Staff very helpful. Clean rooms. Good size. Wifi in rooms. Good size bathrooms. 24 hrs desk. Decent breakfast. Everything you want in a hotel. We have stayed there twice now.

Nice location on Rainbow St away from the busy souks and downtown. Short walk downhill to below the Citadel/ampitheatre and souks, a steeper walk back up to the Hotel. Can always catch a taxi back if this is a problem. Rainbow St offered many restaurants/take away eateries and modern boutique shopping options. Good breakfast served at the Hotel. Rooftop bar across the road with great views over Amman.

It wasn't a problem for us as they closed early because no one was there, but there is a bar in the next door building which could play loud music.

Very good room size and for executive lounge (it's basically an apartment) for heavily discounted price. Air condition was performing well during winter and could heat up the room perfectly well even though it's a bit louder. Hotel staff is very helpful, check-in was smooth, information clear, check-out was smooth with correct invoicing. Ohh, and views from the highest floor are excellent, especially for early morning sunrise. Lovely!

Breakfast could improve a lot. There's only few basic staff, cheese and ham looked to be the lowest quality. Limited selection of one Americano coffee (like everywhere else in Jordan).

both our flights and trip to Petra were early morning, the staff was so accommodating to have breakfast ready super early so that we could eat before leaving. We didn't even ask, they offered.

The hotel room/flats are very big, also include an equipped kitchen if you want to cook something. Very recommended for people that plan to stay for several days. I think it is located in one of the best neighbourhoods in Amman, walking distance to Rainbow St.

The included breakfast is very basic. They also offer a coffee kit in the room (which is good) but they clean it after we used. If they are not going to clean it, they should provide kitchen towels and washing up liquid in the room kitchen.

Good value for money. Great location, at one end of rainbow road. Pleasant staff. Quiet street. Nice view from some rooms. Ours had a kitchen. We are staying there again when we go back to Amman.

Great Location just off Rainbow Street lots of places to eat street food, restaurants, coffee shops etc. Property was clean and staff were excellent in arranging our room and looking after us, also booking our taxi for us.
