The hotel is definitely worth the price! It boasts an excellent location in the heart of the city, surrounded by restaurants and local markets, making it a perfect base for exploring the area. I must commend the wonderful staff, who were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast was also delicious and varied, providing a great start to a day full of activities.

There are several steps between the street and the hotel, but the staff helps carry bags to the hotel.

The three guys who work there are simply the best! They kept my travel bag for a month while I was hiking the Jordan trail. They provided me with contacts through their network of cousins in case I would need help in remote parts of the country. Excellent value for money. Downtown, close to a bazaar for shopping for food and whatever else you need, really colorful.

The property is located right in the city centre, with views on the Citadel. The location is easy to reach and surrounded by places of interest. The staff are all welcoming, professional and always ready to help. The room was big enough, comfortable, and had everything I could need. The breakfast offers many choices. The hotel also offers many activities. for example, I booked a tour to the desert castles. The driver was very helpful and made the trip fun. The hotel also helped me to rent a car for a few days. Their car prices are competitive, and the car rental service was fast, flexible and professional. I would definitely return to the same hotel if I travel to Amman in future.

We stayed at this hotel in the heart of the city, just a short walk from the Roman Theater and Citadel. The location couldn’t be more convenient for exploring Amman! The rooms were comfortable and spotless. They provided two complimentary bottles of water each day, and housekeeping made sure the room was perfectly prepared daily. The staff was super friendly and welcoming, but a special shoutout goes to Bassam, who made our stay unforgettable. He had the best recommendations on where to eat and what to visit, along with insider tips like the best way to get to Jerash and the airport. His energy and dedication ensured we had the best possible experience. We also booked the airport transfer through Bassam, which was incredibly convenient. We forgot our phone in the taxi on the way to the airport, and thanks to Bassam’s quick response, we got it back in no time. I highly recommend this hotel and would absolutely stay here again!

This hotel is in a fantastic location within walking distance to the main attractions in Amman. We stayed here on our first and last night in Jordan. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable for the price. What makes this hotel stand out however is the staff, Bassam in particular is so incredibly welcoming and helpful, as two New Zealanders who had never been to the Middle East before he made us feel right at home. He gave us travel and restaurant recommendations and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We booked a transfer to Jerash through him and our airport transfers. He gave us such a positive experience of Amman and we cannot recommend Arab Tower Hotel enough for that reason. Thank you Bassam.

Very warm welcome. Oposite to other places I have been to, reception working 24/7. That was one and only place that doesn't push me to state what time I will arrive. Receptionist explained to me all options and possibilities in the hotel, offered two rooms to choose in the same price range I paid. Enormous bed, fridge in the room, hot water in the shower and perfect wi-fi. Despite being situated very close to the main street of Amman, in the hotel is very quite.

Private parking is paid 7JD (approx. 10 eur), free parking almost impossible, object situated nerby main street, crowded and full.

I stayed here on my last trip to Jordan 12 years ago and liked it so much that I came back this time. Let's be really clear - this is a BASIC no-frills hotel and the rooms are nothing to write home about - but the staff are friendly and helpful, and it's worth it for the location and the views from the breakfast room on the 7th floor. The location is ideal especially if you're interested in seeing the Roman stuff - the Nymphaeum and the Theatre are just a few minutes' walk away, and the set of steps leading up to the hotel's front door continues all the way up the hill (20 minutes of walking up stairs!) to the Roman remains on the top.

The location was central to many historical sites like the citadel and amphitheater, tasty restaurants, cafes, shops, souks, and museums. The rooms were clean and quiet at night. The bed was comfortable with fluffy pillows and soft sheets. The bathroom was mold/mildew free with ample hot water with good pressure for showers. The towels were luxurious. The breakfast every morning was generous and delicious including made to order omelettes. (Pro-tip, bring a second stomach cuz all of Jordan believes in serving large portions of food!) What really made this an amazing stay was all the incredible staff that worked so hard to make sure we were cared for, provided excellent house keeping, and then reception that offered helpful suggestions and directions. They even helped me get my laundry done! Best hotel in Amman. Inshallah I will be returning here again one day!

Not their fault, but they are up a flight of stairs from street level which might be difficult to manage with the stereotypical giant American suitcase. Also not their fault, but a lot of traffic in the street out front during the day makes for long waits if you are using Uber.

So convenient! The staff was amazing. Bassam really made my whole stay in Jordan enjoyable! He helped me plan tours that were amazing and he really cared as I was a solo travel female and made sure I was safe: The bathroom and the rooms were comfortable and I felt very safe. Internet was so great! Best WiFi I’ve had in a while and the rooms were clean. It is in the middle of the city so everything is walking distance. Good food.

Sometimes there is traffic into downtown that add a few minutes to the journey to get to the hotel.

The location near all the classical sites (citadel, Jordan Museum, amphitheater) and the street market. Most importantly, though, the staff who work there. I was in Jordan to hike the Jordan Trail and received advice of the kind only a local with deep roots can give you. Shoutout to Bassam who went out of his way to work his contacts on my behalf. The corporate hotels, of which there are many, may have more stars, but they do not offer this kind of hospitality.

Shall we say that the call to prayer at 5:30 AM from the nearby mosque takes getting used to as does the soundscape of car horns. To be sure, this is not specific to this property, it’s the same all.
