Great hotel and central location . Right next to the Roman theatre and the souq area. Kind and friendly staff who go out of their way to make you happy and all speak excellent English .. The room was lovely and comfortable - spotless, fresh and spacious - everything was new with a large ensuite bathroom with walk in shower .. Good double glazing minimized the city traffic noise which is a bonus. tasty breakfast included and lastly, really good value for money . Highly recommended! .

Great location right in the heart of the old town. Amman is a very safe city for anyone to wander around with Jordanians wishing you welcome everywhere you go. Very friendly staff who speak good English. Ahmed and his colleague both did everything they could to help us. Highly recommended.

Room was spacious and clean. All the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good. It was in a very good location for exploring sights and close to lots of shops and restaurants. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jordan!

The property itself is very close proximity to most of the archeological sites, its approximately 5 mins walk to Amman Roman Amphitheater, 15mins walk to Amman Citadel, the local market is just next to the hotel. Also the staff, especially AHMAD is very helpful since the day i made the bookings. He helped us to book a rent a car the moment we arrived and depart Jordan. He is very reliable and trustworthy. He even gave us tips on where to eat ti experience local restaurants. Im giving it a 5/5 with the help of Ahmad!

I had an extremely good experience staying at Jordan Tower Hotel. From the moment I placed my booking, the host, Ahmad was exceptionally helpful and attentive. Any request I made was responded to immediately and efficiently, making our stay very smooth and comfortable. The service truly exceeded my expectations. The host who’s in charge at night, Yazid always ask if we’re doing good. The lady at the restaurant, Camil, also very helpful and attend to our request since we bring children. Overall, I’m very satisfied and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Amman.

Amazing location and really helpful staff

I know this hotel since more than 10 years. And since they have renovated it it became a beautiful boutique hotel. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Warmhearted people I also know since longer. Ahmed is always at his service and very helpful. A very good worker there. Breakfast is typical for Jordan. Not my favourite, but with a big variety and friendly staff.

The other worker I don't know his name threw rubbish on the road in front of my eyes. Since the middle east is suffering from these kind of habits I think that is not a good thing to do in front of the guest's eyes. Another fact. I do not understand why it is necessary to pray next to the reception. I have nothing against religion, but this is a personal thing and unnecessary and just to show off. Especially if you throw rubbish later to the streets? What the heck... This issue is for sure not important to mention here. But for sure a totally unnecessary situation which could be avoid and after coming back to Jordan again and again these kind of things dissappoint me.
