Great location just in front of the Roman amphitheater, about 10-15min walking to the Citadel and Downtown as well as major attractions in town. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout the stay, especially Khaleed who took care of my requirements. Decent breakfast provided with an amazing view from the terrace. Considering the rate, I'd say this is a great value for what you pay.

Wifi is basically absent in the room, while working better only in the reception / balcony area. This could be an issue if you are planning to work from the room as it was for me. Cleaning standards could be slightly improved, but ultimately acceptable.

The hotel is situated opposite of the Roman Theatre, next to the main road. The central location of course means you should count on higher level of noises from the streets. All the boys at the reception were very sweet and friendly, especially Amer. The rooms are clean, beds are comfortable. Good value for the price.

Some of the rooms with windows facing the street can be noisy. It would be nice to have a little minibar in the room for keeping the water cool.

Amazing Experience at Zaman Ya Zaman! I had an incredible stay at Zaman Ya Zaman! The staff—Amer, Khalid, Mary, and Hamam—were absolutely fantastic. They were kind, supportive, and respectful, making me feel so welcome throughout my visit. Their wonderful vibes and warm smiles truly enhanced my experience. We faced a problem with the heater and once we were informed they fixed it immediately The location of the hotel is perfect—everything you need is just a short walk away. Whether you’re exploring or simply relaxing, this place is ideal. I can’t recommend Zaman Ya Zaman enough and would definitely stay here again. Thank you for such a memorable experience!

Everything about the hotel was brilliant. Khaled on the front desk manages the hotel professionally. Always friendly and useful with tourist advice. Mary in the house department prepares a healthy and large breakfast which is included in the room rate. The rooms are spotlessly clean. The hotel is downtown, opposite the Roman amphitheater. The Roman citadel is within walking distance. The markets, coffee shops and restaurants are at your doorstep. I can’t fault this hotel for the price, location, cleanliness and friendliness of the staff as well as the other international guests. It was a real pleasure staying here. It strongly influenced my positive impression of Jordan.

The Boutique hotel has q unique design, very beautiful and feeling like a home. The a staff : Khaled and Amer very friendly and helpful. They clearly work their best to handle the clients. I ended - up staying 3 nights, from original one night.

Going to Jordan was a dream come true to me and it wouldnt be the same if i wouldn't have stayed at Zaman Ya Zaman hotel. Khaled the receptionist as the rest of the stuff was so friendly and helpful to me from the first day till the last. They helped me with all the trips and sightseeing in & out of Amman and everything was perfect! The hotel itself is located in the heart of the historical center. It's beautifuil, clean and it offers a fabulous breakfast. What else could a visitor needs?!!! I love you all and I thank you from the bottom of my heart❣️🙏

Jack at the front desk were incredibly welcoming, helpful, and professional. They made the check-in process smooth and were always available with a smile to assist with anything I needed during my stay. A special thank you to Mary, who took care of the food service—every meal was absolutely delicious and thoughtfully prepared. Her warmth and attention to detail made the dining experience feel personal and special. Also at check out was nice and smooth. I have been staying here for many years now and the service is always excellent . Khaled, Hamed and Mary always make you feel very welcome and they always go out of their way to help you . Breakfast is excellent and very filling - a great way to start the day . The hotel facilities are always being improved which is amazing when tourism is so badly hit by events in other countries. It is one of the safest and most generous places I have ever travelled to .

Great central location, staff were super friendly and helpful (especially Khaled, who very kind and helped me sort out my baggage situation since I was hitchhiking around Jordan for a few days and didn’t want to bring everything). The breakfast was superb; diverse, nutritious, local, and filling. Cool view of the Roman theatre just across the street. Rooms were nice. Overall a pleasant stay.
