The staff where lovely, and I like that me and my friend were females and where placed in the same section as other females, the kitchen was easy to use, it had everything we needed, the bathroom was clean when we arrived, very attentive helping us travel to Wadi Rum, dead sea at very good price from the taxi, and on time. And Yassan was very very helpful and easy to reach at all times, even on his time off. THANK YOU Yassan and colleagues

The doors are a little thin so it's easy to hear everything outside, and someone utilised the urinal and left urine stains but not sure who did it, so was fairly confused about that. The room would benefit from a mirror somewhere and the sheets kept coming off.

Very spacious apartment, biggest we have stayed in during our trip to Jordan. Location was reasonably close to what we wanted see in Amman. There were some decent restaurants nearby, but we could have used well equipped kitchen within the apartment. The apartment was clean and very quiet and the wifi was working fine. We enjoyed the free parking. The reception staff members were friendly and helpful.

The apartment had a cold feeling, the seating was not very comfortable. In one of the bedrooms (out of 3) we were not able to turn on the heating (in February it was very cold). The toilet paper in one of the restrooms ran out immediately upon first use. Bathroom doors got stuck so we had to call assistance. Half of the parking spaces (behind the house) require a small car, or very skillful maneuvering.

The young man yassan was extremely helpful from my booking and through the 3 days I stayed here. Nothing was a problem he shared lots of information and it felt very safe. Its a spotless apartment in a lovely area. You can get a car downtown very reasonably priced. I really enjoyed the comfortable big bed and cleanliness of this apartment. Would recommend as its great value and well situated.

Nothing it was a beautiful building with plenty equipmemt for cooking. Also an iron ironing board ect.

We travelled as a group of two friends. The kitchen area was shared but had kettle, hob fridge, iron, and hair dryer. You can find anything that you might need at the shop in the corner just outside and an international bar with local people and tourists just on the left corner outside. Many other coffee shops, restaurants, and shisha places in the adjacent area and short walk to downtown or citadel. They've also offered to send us a driver to the airport.

The water tubes are really noisy, so anytime someone has a shower during the night you will hear it.

location was great in trendy part of the town and the Dali Cafe & Restaurant was filled with young, cool people. I asked about laundry and it was done within an hour. It was clean.

There was no one at reception when we arrived despite giving them exact time of our arrival so we left the bags in reception ourselves. My friend made mistake with their booking and booked a room with a shared toilet and I booked a room with toilet in the room. They messaged us on WhatsApp to remind us the booking and if we want to change it (which was nice btw). They didn’t have any rooms with toilet left so I downgraded to shared toilet between our 2 rooms but they made me pay same price of my booking (with the toilet).

The location is exceptional - there are plenty of supermarkets, restaurants, cafes and shisha bars around. It also felt really safe to walk around by myself, even after midnight. Our host, Yassan, is incredible. He is very chilled out, always ready to help, and had the best advice for us. The room was comfortable and what we expected from the images. It was more than adequate, since we didn't have plans to stay in for long. It acts as a good base for exploring Amman city. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

If I had to think of a con, I'd say that the accommodation is more minimalistic. There wasn't a lot of toiletries provided. But we knew that to begin with, and it didn't really feel like a con during our stay.

The location just off Paris square was really convenient - banks, supermarket, restaurants, and even a well stocked liquor store were less than a 5 minute walk, while the hotel itself was in a quiet street. Uber rides to most of the popular tourist spots (Citadel, Roman Theatre, Rainbow Street,...) were less than 2JD. There is a nice cafe - Dali Space - next door which offers everything from breakfast to drinks/dinner and even Shisha at reasonable prices. The apartments are quite spacious and comfortable, with full kitchen facilities including a stovetop, microwave, electric kettle, and refrigerator.

The living room was quite basic, and could use better lighting - maybe a lamp or two in addition to the ceiling lights. Some of the showers were a little tight in space and could use better drainage. Some of the universal soap dispensers were empty, and there are no other soaps/shampoos provided. There is no elevator in the building so you have to lug your bags up the stairs - we were on the 1st floor and the manager was kind enough to help us carry some of the bags up the single flight of stairs.

A perfect stay at Dali House. My room was very large and comfortable. The entire place was so clean. Staff were excellent, especially Yessan.....who was so helpful. The adjoining restaurant was fantastic and served food all day at extremely reasonable prices. Staff were excellent also. I would definitely return to Dali House.

Location is very good, 10 minutes walk from city center, many restaurants and coffee shops around. Very nice and quiet area. Not a typical hotel, more like a managed house with individual appartements. The room is relatively small but you have a common area with kitchen and living-room. It's organised as an appartement with 2 rooms and one common area, so you get 2 keys to enter. The bathroom is private and attached to the room. We felt it was clean overall. The fourniture inside the room si very basic, bed mattress not very confortable. We had to ask for hot water to be turned on.

BE AWARE of the check-in and check-out hours as it may not suit you if you want to arrive after 6PM for check-in or leave early in the morning for check-out.

The room and bathroom was super clean, the location was great with amazing views of Amman, since it’s located on a hill and a 15 min walk down to the city. The host Yassan was incredible and gave us amazing tips and organised taxi rides for us. Highly recommend!

Depending on the neighbours it can be noisy since 2 rooms share a common kitchen area and you can hear everything. Take ear plugs and you’ll be fine.
