The staff was very helpful and organized a fine excursion for us. The location was convenient for our purpose, and we were given a helpful map of Amman.

The television didn't work and the problem wasn't fixed though we asked for it. There was a bit of miscommunication; according to the website transportation from the airport was included, but when I asked about it, another car was hired for us. Only later did I learn that a driver had been reserved with my reservation. I don't know where the miscommunication happened, but I hope it can be made clear.

Definitely the best choice in amman very clean and comfortable room and the stuff kind especially Jack he help us with offline maps for the city and Jordan it was very helpful and smoothly well done if you're visiting just listen to Jack advice where to go and what to do big thank you to the hotel and Jack for making our stay gorgeous

Nice breakfast even when it was served, so no buffet breakfast.

The rooms are far away from what you see on the pictures when you book. It seams they collected the towels in whole Amman, pleas buy 10 same towels and wash them. If there was no door in the room was pretty the same like the one which separated our room and hallway. Air condition, zero. Shower or sink water ( we were in the 7. floor), zero.....we wash our self with drops of water.

Clean and comfortable bed and large room.

Breakfast very simple tea and drink services for breakfast should improve. I requested more tea they refreshed.

A good place to stay in Amman in heart of the city. The hotel is located in a place from where you can avail everything required. Persons in the desk were informative and helpful. Room was clean, quiet, and spacious enough for two of us with nice working elevator. A supermarket is located just beside the hotel and you can buy your necessities from there.

Breakfast was good, but it did not match our expectations. It definitely could have been better. Choices were limited and repetitive. Limited options for dining out around with a very few restaurants. You have to search a bit and walk for sometimes to step in a satisfactory eatery.

The location is perfect. It is close enough to the city center that you can easily walk there, but far enough that you don’t feel like you are staying in a crowded tourist area. The staff is very helpful, we arrived exhausted at 6 am and they arranged early booking and extra breakfast for a very small cost. Ahmed was there to give advice on local places to visit and restaurants to eat at. The room is spacious and very well lit.

Breakfast can get repetitive, as the menu is limited. The shower head in our bathroom was old and water had a tendency to get everywhere.

The hotel staff are wonderful. A point in favor for the ones at the reception: very friendly, always available to help, they speak perfect english and are super competent. The hotel has an excellent location and the breakfast, despite being "a la carte", is quite interesting.

We há a good stay in general. Although we enjoyed our stay a lot (could rebook it again in the future), the room we thought we had booked (which appeared in the application after booking), was not the same at all. Cleaning and maintenance in the room during the stay could be improved. The shower is not at all comfortable.

The room was really nice, very clean, including the bathroom, and I especially loved how joyful the bed sheets and curtains were. The lobby was pleasant too. Very friendly and helpful staff with good English. The location was great, a short walk from the city centre. Breakfast was simple but delicious.

While the location was great, the street traffic was very loud and the windows didn’t do much to stop the noise. I always take earplugs with me when travelling so it wasn’t an issue in the end. Wifi was decent, I could work with it, but could’ve been a bit better.

Our room was comfortable, cool, and clean. The staff was exceptionally nice and helpful, going out of their way to assist us. The prices were reasonable for the value provided, and the location is conveniently close to downtown and the ancient Roman theatre. For me i liked it.

We forgot to ask for a bathroom rug 😅

First of all i want to thank the stuff especially Jack he give us his number and maps and everyone they were so welcoming and warm and happy to help  with everything we needed we checked in the rooms are clean and nice everything smells new and fresh They give the rooms cleaning everyday change towels and my favourite part is the breakfast served with smile before and you can ask for something to drink with amazing side dishes it was delicious and super yummy and we asked for more they did it and they keep and parking in the front of the facility and help you to park your car the right way It will be always the best choice in amman
