The hotel is in a really good location, only a few minutes walk from the Main Street and other tourist sites. Typical Jordanian breakfast.

We received a message after booking to say to come to the cafe close by to check in. When we arrived everything was closed and there was no one there to meet us. Thankfully we had a Jordanian sim and could call to ask for someone to come and meet us. Otherwise I don’t know if we would have been able to enter. So make sure you have a charged phone and internet/sim to be able to contact just in case. The bathroom was also very small and the shower was not very comfortable to use.

I spent just one night and one day in a wonderful place in Al-Salt that truly felt like a step back in time. The apartment was exceptionally clean, with a spacious, comfortable bed that made my night a delight. The fresh air and serene ambiance added to the charm, while the respectful and friendly neighbors enriched the experience. Its location was perfect—just a short stroll to the bustling market, inviting restaurants, and the historic Church of al-Khodr. Every morning, a delicious and abundant breakfast was served, a true reflection of the generous hospitality of the hotel owner and the people of Al-Salt. Living there was like being transported to another era, where every detail echoed timeless beauty.

Fantastic heritage-filled place. Loved the stay. It is not suitable for people who need accessibility, due to the fact that there are stair and it is on a hill. The breakfast is amazing and the staff were very kind. The room is cute and comfortable. Thanks for the wonderful stay. The location is incredible.

Cleaning needs to be stepped up. There was a dead mouse or rat, that was disgusting to be honest. However when we told the staff they cleaned it up. It comes with the territory. I mean it is in the hill up.

The view from the balcony is breathtaking, offering a picturesque glimpse of the city. The location, nestled close to downtown, adds to the convenience of exploring the area. Walking down the nostalgic street where it's situated is a journey in itself. The cleanliness of the place is impeccable, and the aroma in the room is delightful. The staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly. Overall, Jordan Heritage Madhafa is a charming place with stunning views, excellent cleanliness, and friendly staff. I would recommend it to those seeking a unique stay in As-Salt.

The size of the bathroom is quite tiny, which might be uncomfortable for some people.

- I stayed here for three nights. Initially, I had a room without a terrace. I asked to be moved to a room with a terrace and Khaldon kindly switched me to a room with a terrace when it became available. I must say, it makes a massive difference, so I'd recommend asking for a room with a terrace at the point of booking. The room without a terrace is fine, you can still see a nice view, but the room with a terrace just makes the room very charming and beautiful. I loved it - The breakfast was very yummy and filling! - Khaldon is very kind and always tried his best to help out.

- a more comfy chair and a small table on the terrace would be nice. - it would be nice if the cafe also opens for lunch and/or dinner, but I can see why it's not possible if there's only one person handling the rooms & the cafe!

This hotel is really worth a stay! The hotel is situated in the old city of As-Salt a little bit higher so the view from the balcony is really amazing. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful from the beginning, we had a wonderful room with a balcony that was not only very clean but beautifully designed. One can see the love and passion that the people working there put in it. The breakfast was traditional Arabic breakfist and very delicious, also served in a beautiful way. My husband and I were very happy and would return any time!

We had a wonderful and comfortable stay in heritage hotel with impressive facades, rooms, restaurants, lobby, etc. We were very impressed, happy and satisfied about incredible hospitality and services provided by Mr. Khaldoon he is doing well and did his best to keep everyone happy. He is major reason to made our stay impressive and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and fresh they prepared it up to your time request

Nothing, everything was perfect

We were welcomed by Khaldoun - our host - who helped us with our luggage and assisted us with few things late at night. The hotel is located in the city center, surrounded by amazing historical sites that are minutes away by walking.

Unfortunately, since we are in the city center, the traffic and loud noises were a bit too much. But over all it was a hospitable stay

The location is amazing. The view of As-Salt from the balcony was really memorable. Khaldoun is attentive and makes a simple but lovely breakfast. The bed is very comfortable and the decor is relaxing.

Wifi a bit patchy at times. Bathroom requires some gymnastics to use, but I appreciate it is a very old building and the fact there is an en suite at all is amazing.

The location is in the heart of the city, 5 minutes walking from literally everything. The ambiance of the place was a trip in history, the interior, the furniture and even the art used for decorations. Added to all that, the amazing view from your window/ balcony. The staff there, Khaldoun is super helpful and will go beyond to make sure your stay is as comfortable as it can ever be. I am really grateful for the amazing stay and hospitality!

The toilet facilities/ space were kinda of small, but then again you have to be fair it is a Madhafa not hotel so I won’t really complain about it.
