The hotel staff were incredibly understanding and helpful at accommodating my requests for a late night check-in and a late check out option. There's always someone at the reception to answer questions and give information to visitors, The hotel is located centrally, but not to close to the main sights and activities and thus it offers a nice and quiet place to relax. My room had some basic toiletries, towels, water bottles and a kettle. Overall, would recommend as a safe and comfortable place for solo travellers.

- absolutely horrible karaoke bar on the 17th floor which will be super loud till 3am , so pay attention if you can't stand loud music you better ask for a room on the 9th floor or lower. (I was on the 13th floor at first it was unbearable ) - not every room has AC so could be insanely hot in summer - extremely slow WiFi

The hotel was very well managed, amenities were provided in rooms, staff friendly and helpful. This was my second stay in this hotel and I am planning to return and recommend to my friends and associates.

Service for breakfast was shorthanded and some food was not immediately available. We had to wait good few minutes for eggs, also for coffee cups.

Despite its central location it was very quiet. Having a panoramic view from the restaurant window of the city in the morning sunlight was very pleasant. The single bed was comfortable. The room was clean. The bathroom well equipped with all that was needed. The staff.both front of house and behind the scenes, were pleasant and helpful. It wasn't far to walk to a minimarket which provided most essentials.

I would have preferred the option of cereal, or muesli for breakfast. Couldn't find the Aircon controls, it was a bit on the cold side for my liking, but not arctic....

I’m on 13th floor and some noice from 17th floor karaoke bar could be heard on weekends, though not really strong. Nevertheless, the staff informed me about this problem in advance, so it was acceptable.

The bed was very comfortable, and there was a great view from the room and dining hall.

The breakfast could have been a bit more varied. It was good, but it was limited and it was just the same every day.

Was mentioned that shuttle to airport available - that was not the case, it is recommended to adjust the information at booking.com

Price was very good, location is good, excelent breakfast, friendly stuff, clean room, clean white sheets.
