Clean, quiet, comfortable. The beds were very comfortable, apart from the mattress moving a bit. The price to quality ratio is very good. They were able to do an early check in for us. Check in and check out process is very quick. Room cleaning service included water bottles each time, which was very nice

The following cons are a bit nitpicky, but still: The light switch layout in the rooms is illogical, feels like solving a puzzle each time you use it. The shower flow is a bit too weak. The AC control is a bit unintuitive, but we figured it out eventually

The location is very convenient: short ride to the airport, lot's of restaurants and coffee shops in the neighborhood. The room was exceptionally clean! The bed and pillows are super comfortable. The stuff was professional, pleasant, helpful , and super nice!!! Breakfast had a great variety of choices ( my favorite was turkey sausages).

The only thing to complain about is the shower - poor pressure, the temperature switch hot/cold is super hard to adjust, it's pretty much impossible.

Staff was incredible. treated us like family and we actually cried when we left them. they went above and beyond to help us get around, communicate and should be praised. The location was ok, new and lots to see around and the common rooms were plentiful and clean well appointed. Breakfast was excellent with great choices and fresh

rooms were a bit smaller than expected and rather dark, wish for a view but had to have curtains closed as there was a weird balcony with window outside our room so we were concerned with privacy. also a bit farther than we wished to many sites but we managed with help of staff. not enough dining choices within easy walk but not hotels fault.

i liked the sofa bed, as it becomes a bed for 2.

if you need to use the elevator, you need to use your room card in order to go down. but this is totally wrong, as in case of emergency, you must be able to use elevator without card for the G floor only.

A good hotel for three stars, the level of a four-star hotel, good responsive staff, delicious breakfasts, the location is perfect 15 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes to the city center, everything went great!

Very good location, good breakfast with variety of healthy food. The room didn’t have a mini fridge, but rather than that, everything was very good and comfortable

Clean & modern rooms. Friendly staff. Nice location if you come to Astana to visit exhibition or offices located close to MEGA shopping area. 20 min drive to the airport.

The location is perfect if you plan to work/visit the EXPO in Astana. Rather close to the airport, but it will take you some time to get to the right bank. The staff is very friendly, and the room was clean and nice.

No room service, breakfast could be more assorted, but for a couple of days it was okay. There is a gym but with very limited machines (mostly for cardio).

Good location in a modern and safer part of the town with lots of shops, bus stops to all directions, restaurants and parks. Ladies at the reception are friendly and kind. Breakfast good. Facility clean, rooms tidy without bad smell. I would recommend for considering as not expensive place to stay. Free Wi-Fi everywhere in the hotel.

Low pressure water in the shower. Some noise that was coming sometimes from the bathroom sewage (during day and night). Hooks in the bathroom do not properly hold anything.
