Very nice hotel. Staff are so helpful, they have difficulty speaking in English but they will find ways to understand you. My requests are all granted, early breakfast since I will be picked too early and even during my early flight. Very helpful in giving you directions around the city. They clean my room daily. Replacing n filling the basics of the room. Though your standards might be different In my standard, I would highly recommend the Aykun hotel!

A little bit far from city tourist spots. But you can get a cheap day or half city tour. I would recommend Mr Kadyrbek Nurlybekob +77785557780 for private tour. Very good in English For the Room if you are not deep sleeper...you might hear sounds outside. But for me I'm OK,..

Our stay at Aykun Hotel was good. Hotel location is excellent; major malls, shops, tourist attractions in Astana City are within 2-5 kms of hotel. The breakfast was also good, had variety of foods to choose from. They even celebrated my birthday and arranged a small cake with candles to cut though we didn't ask ourselves, it was really sweet and memorable experience. Rooms are good too, they are clean and bathrooms too are decently sized.

There isn't anything we can think of which we didn't like at the hotel.

Really nice hotel, very clean, with excellent location. Nearby there is a big supermarket and a LUX Nail nail salon which I recommend from a personal experience. The hotel is at 20 mins walk from Keruen mall situated at the main Nurjol boulevard and from Keruen to Bayterek is 5 mins walk. The breakfast is very good, various, they serve very nice espresso coffee. The staff is polite and supportive. The room is big enough , with comfortable beds. I recommend Aykun hotel, I would stay there again if I go to Astana.

Stayed in the hotel for 2 nights due to the work trip. Very clean room, similar to the much more expensive 4-star hotels. A pick-up from the airport and early entry at 6:00 AM was easily organized from reception remotely in advance (of course with extra charges). Extremely good, superb 24-hour service and support from the receptionists with very good English language skills.

The breakfast was not nearly as good as from popular 4-star hotels. However, it was not a deal breaker since food is very cheap in Astana and you can also order online 24 hours. Even still if you will not use the breakfast, the hotel is a great value for the money.

Nice hotel for business stay. Taxi driver had little problem to locate it (another side of building). Breakfast was nice, simple, great cappuccino coffee. Staffs very helpful but had difficulties to speak English, anyway they found staffs who did.

Room was nice but cleanliness could be better. If you want to drink more than one coffee during breakfast you have to pay extra, anyway not big problem. Just simple things. Recommend for business stay :)

The staff was so friendly and almost helped about every single detail including taxi call, spa, change office, water, etc. It is well located and close to everywhere. Pocket saver hotel for the travellers.

Spa and Hamam facilities are old fashioned a bit. Breakfast was also standard and not that much tasty.

Young helpful personal, breakfast, free sauna option, 3 restaurants in the building, kfc outside, free drinking water to room.

room door's sound insulation could be better.

Location was good. The hotel was very clean and breakfast was great!

The beds were good but a little hard for me. I stayed in the hotel twice during my time in Astana. The first room (Junior Suite) the bed was too hard for me. The second room (standard) the bed was better.

The hotel has a good breakfast, cozy rooms. The location is good, I walked a lot. Price is great. A special thanks goes to Sofi who is a great masseuse. She worked with my back for a week and helped a lot. I enjoyed it a lot.

View from the window is not the best. There is a little gas station in the backyard, sometimes it made disturbing noise.

The transfer from the airport that the hotel booked was a disaster. It must have been the fault of the taxi company - the transfer the other way round was perfect
