The Rixos President Astana is the best hotel in Astana. Located in the heart of the new city of Astana, all tourist sites are within walking distance from the hotel, and residents do not need a car except for traveling to distant places. The hotel staff are highly professional and proficient in English; they always smile and handle guests wonderfully. Upon our arrival at the hotel, we were greeted by Mr. Artur, the receptionist, who upgraded our rooms for free and provided us with many conveniences during our stay in Astana. Thank you very much, Mr. Artur, you are an example of the wonderful Kazakh youth and reflect a beautiful image of the Kazakh people. Also, the customer relations staff provided us with many services such as flight bookings and tourist guidance, so thanks to all of them, you have been wonderful. As for the hotel itself, it is a beautiful oasis with wonderful seating areas amidst the trees in all hotel lobbies, making you feel like you are in a garden rather than a hotel. The food is also excellent in the hotel restaurants, catering to all preferences and tastes. All hotel staff are wonderful and strive for the comfort of the guests, with the majority of them speaking English fluently. The hotel rooms are beautiful, splendid, and clean. Surely, Rixos Astana will be my favorite home anytime I visit the city of Astana.

Cleaning stuff did this time very unprofessional work. Cups uncleaned for whole 3 days. Some taken and not returned back, how to make the tea or coffee in the room. Bar refrigerator locked, why? Empty bottles from water did not taken out left for whole time in the room. This time your cleaning stuff was real mess.

Swimming pool and sauna was great. Massage perfect to sooth my backache.

I just had to wait for my room little bit longer than usually which was not so nice as I was after long overnight trip and I'm a frequent customer of this hotel but it's ok and I can understand that if the hotel was full. I received as an exchange room upgrade, free juice and fruits so that's good as as apology and thank you for that. Than I spend I think very nice money in hotel restaurants over that couple days and on the end they changed me stupid 1100 KZT for snickers bar from the fridge. Also in the Irish Pub we had 2 nonalcoholic mojitos on the end but waiter charged us as for alcoholic one. Management suppose to thing about stupidities like this. It's really not nice to your customers and especially the frequent ones.

We love Rixos Hotels in Dubai, Almaty and Aktau but never stayed in the one in Astana. Loved this hotel as well. Got upgraded this time around and loved the presidential suite. + lovely ladies at the reception especially Assel who helped checking us in + cosy and comfortable beds + atmosphere and vibe of the hotel is so relaxing, quiet and friendly

Breakfast could be improved a bit but thats if we be very picky. Didn’t ruin the stay at all.

Staff here are incredible! Aibol at breakfast, Tleggan at the Irish Bar, Igor and the reception staff were incredibly helpful and friendly people. The hotel itself is beautiful. The lobby, the spa facilities, the restaurants, it's all top class. You will rarely stay at a more beautiful hotel with such great service. We requested a quiet room and our room was silent at night with an extremely comfortable bed. Cleanliness was 110% perfect. Location is great too, a 10 minute walk to the boulevard with Baiterek and other sights.

i ask the staff to extend my accommodations for 1 extra night at the first they say yes. then they told me that there are no available room. i got the night in another hotel. it's really make me upset.

Location is very good and staff are super nice and responsive

Smoking smell in our floor was very strong. Not just in the rooms but corridors as well. The room was very fancy but outdated style

Everything was great except the bathtub.

The bathtub is equipped with a jacuzzi, but it was in an unsanitary condition. Algae has been observed when turning on the jacuzzi.

Its nice hotel with amazing spa! The swimming pool is big, they have 2 nice Finish saunas and steam one and Haman as well. The hotel has nice gym and there is Irish pub opened 24/7 as well.

A bit pricy.

Best location. They gave me Presidential room. Had huge room with all facilities. Spa and swimming pool best. Special thanks to Alina from the waiting team.
