Good location on the left bank of Astana. Just minutes away from the big shopping malls (Khan-Shatyr, Keruen, Asia Park, and Saryarka) and restaurants. Taxi use is a must, though (inexpensive). A good chain hotel of the Hilton family. Smooth check-in. Friendly and smiling young people at reception. Very helpful. Good management of the hotel overall and great Kazakh hospitality. A complimentary breakfast was included (thank you!). Clean, spacious, and tidy room. The shower was great; clean and hot water. Complimentary water bottles are appreciated. Bed sheets were changed every day upon request.

The internet connection was unstable at times. I am sure the hotel management will address that. But overall, it was an excellent stay in Astana. I will most likely stay here again.

I had a truly wonderful experience staying at the Hilton Garden Inn in Astana. From the moment I arrived, I was genuinely impressed by the incredibly warm and friendly staff - their kindness and attentiveness made all the difference and truly elevated my entire stay. They were always ready to assist with a smile, creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere that I deeply appreciated. The room was spotless, everything worked perfectly, and one small but meaningful detail stood out to me - the window could be opened. Waking up and enjoying the fresh morning air was a real treat and something I always value in a hotel room. Although I didn’t try the hotel breakfast (I usually prefer to explore local cafés and cuisine), I discovered a true gem nearby: Lasania restaurant. It became my absolute favorite spot throughout the trip - I had breakfast, lunch, and dinner there, and each meal was better than the last. Their menu is Italian, the food is delicious, and the most important part - they have plenty of gluten free options! If you’re visiting Astana, this place is a must-try! In summary, I really enjoyed outstanding service and a great location of the hotel and I’m definitely looking forward to returning!

Excellent rooms, very clean everywhere, our rooms were cleaned by Aigul, thanks very much for her professionalism. The rooms have everything you need: shower accessories and disposable razors, hair dryer, iron. The breakfasts were very tasty and varied, the waiters Nurmukan and Zhangulim cleared empty and dirty plates immediately from the table, constantly replenishing the food supplies on the buffet! All the staff is very polite! All the attractions are close to the hotel - it is very convenient. We liked everything so much, now we will stay only in this hotel!

The reception team (three people) is very kind and supportive. Still water is always available at the reception desk. There is also a designated area in the lobby for business calls, equipped with power outlets.

I experienced an unusual situation on my first day. When I went for breakfast around 9:20 am, the hot food trays were empty. I approached the manager, who informed me that breakfast service would end soon (at 10 am) and that’s why there wasn't much food left (!). Although more food was eventually brought out, it took some time. Small and badly equipped fitness center.

We were a group of 3 people sharing the room, but the rooms were really spacious and accommodated us comfortably. There were a few things like bath towels and bottles that were not stocked up for 3 people, but the room service was really quick to provide us with them. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The washrooms had heated flooring which really adds up to the comfort. Finally the location is really great and is really approachable from the major attractions in the city. The breakfast was extremely well balanced and had a lot of options including breads, desserts and beverages from the local cuisine, so you can eat as per your tastes and also try a bit of local cuisine while at it. All in all a wonderful experience!

We were given an upgrade which was not expected. The location is excellent. Breakfast was good. The staff are very good, always willing to help, and speak excellent English which is always helpful. We always stay at this hotel when visiting Astana so that speaks for itself.

There is nothing that we do not like about this hotel. We have stayed here a few times while waiting for connecting flights within Kazakhstan. Quite simply if we did not like the hotel then we would find another.

The staff were welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were newly refurbished and comfortable. Breakfast buffet offered large selection of international and local cuisine. Great location close to major attractions.
