A huge room with wonderful view of the city. Lovely bathroom, bright and clean, everything functioned well. Breakfast was big and with lots of choices, eggs/omelet to order fresh. The pool was big for a hotel, even lane lines for the more advanced swimmer. Sauna was clean and hot. There is a 10-lane bowling alley and a huge room with ten tables for table tennis. I've never seen this in any hotel. Great laundry service and affordable.

I cannot report anything that struck me negatively.

The room was clean, and the manager at the front desk was very nice. He helped me get a room with a sing king-sized bed instead of 2 separate beds since I was staying alone. He also approved a late check out for me free-of-charge.

The air conditioner didn't work in the room at all, was very hot. There was also no butter at the breakfast buffet, when i asked they said they ran out of it.

I didn’t get the room I booked, I booked a double deluxe for me snd my fiancé and was given a twin (2 single beds), they were unable to accommodate me for either of my 2 night stays and I believe they should have upgraded me free of charge as they could not deliver as advertised, thst did disappoint me to be honest

Breakfast should have more vegetarian options, and hotel not provide free drinking water.

Staff is very friendly, room service (breakfast in the room without extra charges), spa and massage services, restaurant and bar was great.

The location of the hotel is good, in a quiet place, there is a big shopping mall nearby. The bed was good, I sleep well,

The hotel is a bit old, the furniture also and some of them are broken, there is a big smell in the bathroom because of the system of the hotel, there was a huge noise outside on Friday and Saturday nights.

Staffs in charge for the breakfast in Level 16 needs to undergo more trainings. Not responsive to serve the visitors, not hospitable.

Breakfast is pretty good, spa and swimming pool are included which is a nice bonus after a long flight. The room is spacious with a good view. Daily room service. Pleasant staff always ready to help out.

It was not an easy thing to open the door. The keys won't work most of the time. Looks like the system is pretty old. Ask the receptionist to show you how to use.

Staff can speak English decently if needed. Staff respectful of all guests whatever nationality or dress Good cost and value, good location,Freebies were regular and plentiful.
