I had stayed the week before at the Park Inn Kashgar, Xinjiang, China. That was a great Park Inn! They had complementary breakfast wide variety of choices both East and West foods. They offered free coffee, drink drinks and juices all day long in the lobby. The Astana Park Inn charge $15 US for the breakfast buffet. They did not offer complementary coffee, drinks or juices in the lobby. However, I must say this staff went beyond the call of duty on any questions I had or needs. The complementary gym was well stocked with plenty of cycling and stationary isolation machines as well as free weights. But oddly, it was at the end of a very long, third floor hallway which meander through offices and empty spaces. Also, their sauna was right behind the reception desk, which made it very awkward to use. there was also a $10 charge for the sauna. I think they need to design these two wonderful facilities to be closer to the guest elevators.

Except for the comments about the gym location I like the property just as I liked the Kashgar one. There was also an independent food and coffee café, which you could access the hotel. I ended up eating my breakfasts there. Believe the name was SagoFrodo, international branches all over the world.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Radisson Park Hotel in Astana, and I can highly recommended! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with genuine warmth and professionalism by the staff at the reception. They made the check-in process seamless and efficient, ensuring that I felt welcomed from the outset. One of the highlights of my stay was the on-site restaurant. The breakfast buffet was a delightful experience, offering a diverse selection of dishes to cater to all tastes, from traditional local flavors to international cuisine. I particularly enjoyed the fresh pastries and the made-to-order omelets. The restaurant staff were attentive and friendly, making each meal a pleasant occasion. The hotel’s location is another significant advantage. Situated near key attractions, including parks and cultural sites, it was easy to explore Astana. I loved taking leisurely walks in the nearby parks, and I always felt safe and comfortable in the area. Overall, my stay at the Radisson Park Hotel was exceptional. The combination of top-notch service, comfortable accommodations, and convenient location made it a perfect choice for my trip. I look forward to returning to Astana, and I will undoubtedly choose Radisson Park Hotel for my stay again. Highly recommended!

Arrived roughly 5am and front office was present which I was thankful for. Check in was pretty smooth. Room was big and clean. Wifi was good breakfast was too. Only spent few hours in the room before heading out for business at Arman Center which was only few steps away. Then checked out around 1pm. Overall had a good stay.

No complaints. Everything was good.

Breakfast can be improved with more options. A massage centre is just a scam. They converted a small room in the fitness to do the massage therapy. Not professional at all. I do not recommend their massage. Shut-off should be added to the toilet. It is important for Muslims

No Swimming Pool.Heater is not working stating it's a summer but the weather was 3 degrees Celsius on 24th May.

+ Breakfast (Buffet) + Location (the center is quite close - 10-15 min by taxi) + Staff (the reception is nice and helpful)

- The first room I got was not Ok: There was mold on a shower silicone, and the bar for shower curtain was broken. Also there were stains on a floor lamp cover. In addition to that, there was a nasty smell from the sink. Fortunately, after my visit to the reception I got another room where everything was better. + fruits as an apology =)

The rooms were larger than usual hotel rooms and its rare to see that a hotel room is properly cleaned, didn’t find any dust or foul smell. The breakfast was good and had variety, great location and friendly staff. Lastly, the gym is exceptionally clean and has lots of equipment for a hotel gym.

Very clean room, bed sheets are perfect white. Breakfast was not bad. My son liked breakfast especially donuts & coffee.

Beds are on wheels…it moved every time with my turnings up…a bit dangerous.
