My flight into Astana was delayed meaning I missed my first night at the hotel- however, they were very accommodating and kept the room available with no extra fees, as well as helping me with various things throughout my stay. The receptionist, Ardak, was very helpful as well as having incredibly good English which was a bonus. My room was spacious with good wifi. Although not particularly central, I found the buses really easy, efficient and cheap to use.

The air con wasn't great but it just about did the job. The breakfast also wasn't amazing so ended up eating at other local cafes instead but this wasn't much of a problem. There was also some really loud children in the hallway/ rooms next door making a lot of noise until early hours, but I assume this isn't a regular occurrence.

I recently stayed at G Empire, a centrally located hotel with nearby food outlets like KFC and the Magnum megamall, making it convenient to get anything you need. The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and comfortable. The reception staff was friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. Just outside, there’s a beautiful street lined with greenery where you can relax on benches for hours. Plus, the view from the hotel window offered a fantastic cityscape.

The only downside was the room cleaning, which wasn’t done despite multiple requests.

Location is nice, there is a big food store right over the corner, many small restaurants, couple of bus stations, drugstore, banks and ATMs. Room was pretty big and comfy. Staff is polite.

Room could be more clean, there were stains on coach and mattress. We couldn't get room service every day, couple of times they skipped our room idk why. Air heater didn't work and it was pretty cold at nights.

I loved everything about G Empire! The staff are so kind and friendly (opposed to what most comments suggest). I unfortunately was very ill when I arrived so I only went off for one day to explore, of course it was a rainy day.. I was then so sick I was stuck in the hotel room for the duration of my stay. Jamilya was so kind, as my flight was at midnight and I had nowhere to go (and being so sick) she offered me a late check out for only $12 more until 9:20 pm! Everything around the hotel is PERFECT! There is a pharmacy next-door, and grocery just across the street. On the same block a restaurant that stays open until 3am, they take international cards, and have wifi so you can use google translate, the food is delicious and I mainly ate there. There is a Karaoke place just around the corner, I mean 20seconds walk away, you cannot hear anything, I so badly wanted to go in as it seems that the Kazakh people love this activity as an activity as these karaoke places are all over the city! I will definitely be returning and staying at G Empire when I am healthy and can visit this lovely and inexpensive city. Wifi and hot water were amazing!

There is really nothing bad! The elevators are a bit annoying, but it is what it is. I have found in the Stan countries that the beds are quite hard, the beds here were better than in Uzbekistan but still hard for my liking. Again, not an issue! Everything was clean and great!

Basic hotel at a very cheap price; great location, friendly and helpful staff, clean and very spacious room. But there was no empty socket available and I had to unplug to TV in order to charge my phone and other devices. Still, highly recommendable considering price and other features.

Hotel staff are simply excellent. In principle,not a bad hotel. We were met by the reseptionist,her name Zhansaya. She is very-very good👍 We will return to hotel,for she.

Cleanliness and quality of the rooms is very terrible👎

The receptionist Jamilya was so professional and helpful as most people there don't speak English. She helped me with my local sim activation and told me the places to visit in Astana. Definitely one of the best receptionists i have come across.

None. It was a perfect stay. But the outside weather was too harsh.
