First time in Astana and Kazakhstan and WOW! The hotel was great for the price, wonderful and super-friendly staff, very-very good kitchen that open 24 hours. The food was above and beyond, my Mom and I enjoyed every breakfast we had. Lots of fresh traditional and non-traditional foods, tasty coffee and again - great service! The room was clean and cozy, with free bathrobes and flip-flops. The SPA was included into the room price, which was another great addition to our stay - we enjoyed the sauna and the hamam a few times. The gym is small, but still good and clean. Wi-Fi worked well as well. Overall, I'm happy to recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a cozy and quiet place to stay close to everything. P.S. Best Aperol Spritz in the TOWN! =)

It was a bit noisy and crowded in the evenings over the weekend due to hosted events and SPA guests. But it wasn't too bad, so I can't really complain. But other than that, everything was perfect. =)

I booked it at random because reviews where great. It's in a residential area but close to a few business point of interest. I really like the location and the vibe of the place. Location: Convenience stores nearby, easy places to eat, they have a summer terrace a bar (and an additional restaurant I think), a print shop a couple of blocks away, hairdresser's nearby, eateries - everything for comfortable stay really. Facilities: decent gym, sauna, in-house restaurants, bar Rooms are modern, clean, room cleaning every day Staff: couldn't be more helpful or attentive. Reaction to every request immediate. Really fantastic team.

It's not a huge deficiency but might be important for people with limited mobility: it's two floors, no elevators. They will help you with carrying the suitcase upstairs and downstairs. The terrace was awfully noisy. The place is very popular with the locals, there were events all the time, business, family, people having good time and singing.

I had a wonderful experience, and I must give special credit to Tamila from the reception. From the moment we arrived, she went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless and enjoyable. Her professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail were truly outstanding. To the management: You are incredibly lucky to have Tamila on your team! Employees like her make all the difference between a good hotel and a truly great one.

It was my second visit and the good impression of the first were confirmed. The room was well designed and clean, the bed was comfortable. Shower was working perfectly with hot water coming immediately (not a given as one might think). The choice of food at breakfast is very good and the coffee machine offers one of the best espresso I ever had coming out of a automatic machine. Staff is kind, professional, and responds immediately to calls (our safety box batteries run out. They came to fix the issue less than five minutes after notification).

Given that there's a garden and plenty of space in the parking, I would appreciate if the people wouldn't be allowed to smoke close to the hotel walls. In summer, with the window open, the smoke comes in the room... and the noise of the chatting, sometimes very early in the morning.

Staff very helpful, nice and considerate. Breakfast is good, room is clean, lobby resturant is nice which u would like to spend time sitting at lease for a coffee or chat with friend. Room is big and comfortable.

Not much resturant around but a daily store opposite to the hotel which is good. it's not very close to sight seeing points but to get a taxi is convenient and price is cheap.

Good location not far from the city's main attractions like the Khan Shatyr mall. The big flag and a park along the river is nearby, good for running. The hotel is modern and rooms are well designed and clean. There is a 24 hour lobby bar/cafe and a nice restaurant with terrace attached to the hotel. The gym is OK, nothing special. Overall the hotel is comfortable and good value. Nothing extraordinary but perfectly OK.

Breakfast could be improved. Limited range of dishes and not much fresh fruit. Odd that you see cherries and other soft fruits growing on trees all around Kazakhstan but not in a hotel breakfast. I had a problem with my ground floor room where first the shower leaked into the carpet and then when it rained one night there was water coming in from outside, but I was checking out early in the morning anyway.

It was pretty standard as hotel goes, but the room facilities were good, comfortable, and functioned well. The two very commendable points were the helpfulness of the staff and the location of the hotel. Not a very long walk to get to Keruen City Mall and to the older part of Astana. Bed was comfortable for us, safe was provided, and housekeeping was punctual.

The hotel has only 2 floors despite the photo, so don't expect a lift. Soundproofing isn't great from the inside of the hotel, but from the outside it is near perfect.

I booked this hotel for my parents for a week. They were very happy with everything - cleanliness, breakfasts, friendly personnel (especially breakfasts :) ). I had to email the hotel a couple of times. They responded quickly and were very helpful. The hotel has a very convenient location, at the heart of Astana. My parents were very happy.

A great hotel in Astana, they serve good breakfast and also have a restaurant outside. The spa is great with reasonable rates and the location is central to everything.

I felt they overcharged me for the mini bar but I am not sure about it so I don't complain but the others can be more cautious. And it is my suggestion to include a few more options in the menu for vegetarian Indians.
