Room was spacious.

Servicing of room could have been better. It was mostly only done when we requested it. We didn’t need beds changed daily but checking things like water, toilet paper etc and cleaning of bathroom are usually done daily while you are out, Breakfast and restaurant is overpriced.

Very good hotel, with nice rooms. Facilities are solid, even if the internet is sometimes a little slow. Overall I can recommend it.

The hotel is somewhat close to the centre - and easy to get to via taxi. Its a harder to get to via walking, but I doubt that is major problem for almost anyone!

The location was OK. The breakfast was very tasty with lots of choice. The room to eat the breakfast was really comfortable. The staff were really friendly and accommodating. The room itself was really spacious.

The room design was really weird especially the blinds and bathroom window overlooking the bedroom (!). The bath was really high, it was necessary to climb into the bath to have a shower. That's really awkward and a potential trip hazard!

It’s a very good exceptional hotel and the location is good close to the centre of Astana

Sometimes the power went off, but this is just a problem in Kazakhstan I believe

The breakfast was good and tasty. The staffs were nice and understanding, gave us the corner room with a good view of the river and the city. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable and big. The location is far off the center of the city, but we really enjoyed the view and the surrounding. You can go for a comfortable and quiet walk along the river and visit the park.

One morning, someone opened the door to our room, immediately realized we were in there and left.

Excellent location, parking place, comfortable bed, great view. If you need to rest, you are at the right place!

Most of TV (international) channels were not tuned. The food menu at the restaurant can be revised

Very comfortable and enjoyable stay .front office staff particularly Gabit and Batyrkhan were exceptional in politeness , courteous and most importantly helpful to guide for places to visit and arranging transport .It is Gabit and Batyrkhan employees who are true brand ambassadors of this hotel .No doubt it is gets a 9.1 rating ! al a carte breakfast was great too

English News channel and bed lighting needs to be there .No bedside lights .All good otherwise

Good location. Friendly staff. Quick response to my complaint that bathroom light did not work;

A lot little things: no replacing shampoo/body wash/bottled water after I used it. Limited breakfast choices/no buffet. Dim lighting.

The location is great 👍 It's very cosy ☺️ The wonderful view from the room and wonderful view from the window in sauna.

Clean, nice rooms, nice area, nice breakfast, friendly and helpful staff

Too little light, the rooms are quite dim. My door access card stopped working from time to time, so had to go to the reception to get a new card
