The best thing about this hotel are the people who take care of it. They have all been kind, warm people, ready to help and looking for a solution to any problem no matter how small or more important it arises. I liked the flexibility to adapt to the changes that arise. They speak Kazakh and Russian so if they are not one's own languages, prepare to use online translator. I requested clothes washing and they were delivered to me dry and fresh in three hours. The coffee at the reception is incredibly rich. El restaurant

The room was clean, there is a nice and cheap restaurant in the hotel.

The hotel is quite far from the center (30-40 min walking), the staff was nice but not very helpful. But the worst was that every time we wanted to enter our room we had to ask somebody from the personel to open the door. It was, we were told, because the system had broken down but we have spent there 4 days it was all that time broken.

The staff were super polite and friendly. The location was very good. At a very calm and relaxing place. The room was very comfy and had everything you need. I will definitely stay there again.

Poor soundproofing, you hear everything from nearest rooms and corridor. No lift and it's rather difficult to take your luggage to the 5 floor. Weak wifi connection in the room.

Good location, walking distance to Hazret Sultan Mosque, Palace of Peace and Reconciliation, and National Museum of Kazakhstan.

Very friendly staff, great hotel for its price range. There was an emergency dates change on our side and arrival got delayed due to a late flight, but the hotel helped resolving all this. It was easy and efficient. Nice food is available at the hotel, and the free WiFi connection worked way better than I expected.

Staff is great. Trying to help if you have any issue. Room is clean and there is a chance to request to change the room. Price is the best compare to other hotels.

The only thing internet line is not stable. Connection disappears sometimes.

It is worth to improve cleaning practices little bit and to recheck shower room door sealant as the water ends on shower room floor when taking shower.
