The deluxe suite room is amazing, it is very quiet and very big. I was surprised! The price was fair. Staff was friendly, i needed to wash my clothes and the service was available.

No lift available. If you have heavy luggages you will have difficulties. The walls and the room look old. The bathtube was very dirty. The shower drain was blocked and the water flooded, although i informed that to the recepction, nothing were done against it. The shower almost fell down in my head because it wasn't well attatched to the wall, as well as the faucet wasn't well installed, as to see in the picture i uploaded. These are points that it is hard to accept and understand in a 4 star hotel. I hope they will be fixed soon.

Extremly friendly and professional, fluent English speaking Receptionists. unbeatable price/quality ratio, comfortable beds, meticulously clean room

Jacuzzi in the room does not work. Deposit of 5.000 KZT should rather be paid in cash, because at check-out the Receptionist could not find the CC transaction anymore.
