Amazing all around. Just Ritz being Ritz. Everything you expect from luxurious experience and thensome! Aisan from the front desk was super kind and helpful. Darina, the manager, overheard that my son wanted a cupcake and in 15 minutes he had his snack. Senior Lounge Concierge Alina also sent a little book about dinosaurs for my son when they noticed that he liked to play with his dino toys. Amazing hospitality, impeccable attention to detail, and friendliest vibe you will ever get in the city. Recommend 10/10.

It was one of the best holiday getaways we ever had.

High-end hotel in Astana. Friendly English-speaking personnel. Excellent rooms, Olympic size swimming pool, great hamam and sauna, 24 hours fitness room. TV with CNN and BBC programs+ a number of programs in the different languages- italian, french, arabic, turkish, kazakh, russian...Phantastic location in the middle of the town. Shower and bath, high quality sleeping arrangements. And yes- Nescafe coffee-machine with 4-5 different types of coffee and unlimited amount of Turan water bottles. A great view from a room of great size. Will stay again.

Thank you for the wonderful hospitality and service! I started celebrating my birthday at the hotel before heading to the restaurant. The hotel staff was incredibly welcoming, responding to all my requests politely and professionally. They even brought five pairs of slippers for my guests in the suite, even though they weren’t staying at the hotel. I’m beyond grateful for this thoughtful gesture. I will definitely return and stay here again when I’m back in Kazakhstan. A big thank you to the reception team and the concierge staff for being so caring and attentive. Much love!

Ritz-Carlton Astana is GREAT! I’m a frequent traveller and stopped at different hotels and I would like to say that Ritz-Carlton Astana is one of the best for its services, professionalism of the administration and staff. The rooms are big, cozy, very clean, modern. The prices are very nice. The restaurant and bar are also great. The atmosphere in the hotel is very friendly

Staff: not helpful at all. At check in I corrected the mistake in booking (wanted to extend the stay) only to realize it was somehow “forgotten” and my room was sold. This surprise was communicated to me after three nights stay. Not professional nor good manners and definitely not Ritz Carlton. I’m lifting gold Bonvoy member and something like this for the first time.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel and would like to extend my gratitude to the entire team for their warm hospitality, which made my experience exceptional. A special thanks to the manager, Yekaterina, the Mokki staff (Alexander and Olzhas), the club lounge (Nina), and the front office team. Their efforts made me feel truly welcome. Thank you so much! The rooms were enormous and immaculately furnished. The staff were amazing. Loved the shopping mall attached to the hotel. The gym and Spa were the best I’ve ever experienced and I’ve stayed in a lot of 5 star over the years.

The bath took too long to fill.

The Ritz-Carlton was elegant and modern as expected. The team was available and very helpful for needs around the clock! The restaurant Ozen has a great menu, a great Ambiente at the bag and a very nice terrace! The breakfast and so the coffee was just great at the 3rd floor!

The breakfast in the executive lounge is by far not as good as on 3rd floor!

Seems to have a different chef. Food was good but not exceptional in resturant. Exceptional in the Ozen Bar.

Perfect location, great views of the whole city, very stylish, beautiful and large rooms, perfect cleanliness! Very high level service, breakfasts for every taste!!! Highly recommended!
