I had a really big room (with a living room). The price (end of July) for it was unbeatable. The breakfast (in an amazing Georgian restaurant. You have to check it out for lunch or dinner while you are there) was heavy and huge. The hotel itself is in great location (you cannot miss it by any mean. It is standing by itself in an empty field). Lots of entertainments around (I really mean within walking distance. In the same building as the hotel you have two restaurants and a karaoke bar all very good). I highly recommend the place.

We enjoyed almost everything during our stay. The staff was moderately helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was truly delightful.

The purpose of the glass in the bathroom eludes us. It appears to be intended as a partition for the bath, but its functionality is questionable as water continues to spill onto the floor. Consequently, I have found myself colliding with it on several occasions.

Property is located at prompt location. Everything is nearby from hotel. Check in was fast. Staff was courteous. Room was spacious. Good ambience.

Can improve breakfast options. Would be best if they have their own restaurant and room service. Telephone should be provided in the room so that customer can contact reception for any help.

An amazing hotel with luxury and affordable rooms comping. Friendly staff and the biggest breakfast buffet ever. In the heart of Almaty and Kent restaurants available in the place.

Everything was great from the friendly staff to the location. Good breakfast is in the Georgian restaurant which is located in the same building.

WiFi could be faster. The quality of the signal is different depending on your location in the hotel.

Location is perfect for my aims. Service is good. Bed is nice. They had iron. Breakfast was very cute even though their restaurant was under renovation.

The view from the room is beyond words. I loved looking at the tallest building in Central Asia 😍 🙌 👌 Helpful staff.
