I absolutely loved the room. I loved the amenities that is the pool, the gym 10/10, the proximity to the beach, and the privacy. It was definitely a good, clean residence. The view from the restaurant was also beautiful. Hospitality was top. Customer service was also good. I will visit again and would recommend 💯 The front desk could use a little bit of warming up, but Yusuf was amazing, kept checking in ensuring I'm comfortable although I was out a lot😂 which is why location from different stores was a challenge for me.

I didn't particularly love that it was a bit interior from the main road. Getting to and from town was a bit of a hustle but pro tip...if you're on a budget get a bike rider who you can call to get to places from the residence or book an Uber which is a bit pricey in Mombasa. I also had to go for quite a distance to buy items in like supermarkets etc was also exhausting but I would recommend getting stuff either before checking in for a comfy stay. The food at the restaurant was okayish.

The apartment is clean as always and the location is fantastic.

Yusuf the Guest relations guy wasn't very professional and didn't understand your terms and conditions for late check-out. I had already notified the reception that I'd like a late check-out and was ready to pay the 50% charge but I was asked to check out early to allow another guest to get the room. The annoying part, after kicking me out at 12pm he still had expected to charge me the late check-out fee which should have allowed to stay till 5 as planned. I didn't pay the fee but the back and forth was totally unnecessary and he wasn't sure of the amount to be charge at first which was also disappointing coming from him. I shaked this feedback regarding not knowing the charge rules directly with him.

The location is absolutely fantastic, right on the beach. The pool stays open til 9pm which was an unexpected bonus. The room was well furnished with an excellently equipped kitchen that made it a lot easier to cook my own meals, though they have a really nice restaurant on site too. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely visit again.

The bed frame in A16 was not that stable. Kept bumping around with each toss and turn. We initially stayed on the ground floor but had to request a higher apartment as caterpillars kept creeping into the room. We tossed out 5 before requesting a room change.

Good size, good location. We were part of city blue. They cleaned the flat daily and we could use the facilities at city blue.

Size of pool too small. Wifi goes off quite a bit for long periods. Checkin should inform city blue clients that breakfast is included for them.

We have got a very nice stay. Room was very comfortable, clean, good amenities. We like very clean water in the pool and very near beach.

Internet connection was little bit problem. On the beach I would like to have more sun beds. Connection to the city a bit complicated, only tuk-tuk or taxi is possible. Maybe a shuttle bus in the future?

The staff were nice, everything in the property works fine. The Wi-Fi too, though takes time to connect but works at an okay speed. It would’ve been a 10/10 if they offer breakfast buffet but they don’t offer breakfast at all and water at least. I was not expecting a 1 bedroom apartment though.

Looks so clean all the time

Everything was more than good. Great appartement. Clean and all the equipment worked. WiFi was a little bumpy sometimes during the day, but it was fine at the early hours. Very close to the ocean was a bonus. Unfortunately it was located far from the town and mall, so transport was a bit costly.

Isolated location.

The property is beautiful , the breakfast was extremely nice and the room service was on point

I didnt like that the wifi was slow , too many cats also and my door could not lock from the inside

Excellent receptionists.Great ambience inside the gate. Very clean rooms comfortable bed. Nice meals at the restaurant

The lack of a standby generator when power went off.. A rugged stretch on the road to the hotel, which the hotel can ably repair.

Generally staff were friendly and efficient.

Request for a mosquito net wasn't completed. Television reception was poor.
