Phenomenal 😍 Experience – A Stay to Remember! We had the most incredible experience at this hotel, and it truly exceeded 💯our already high expectations! We were celebrating both our anniversary and my fiancée’s birthday, and the hotel staff went above and beyond to make it special. From the beautiful surprises they prepared for us, we felt genuinely valued and celebrated—something we will always be grateful for. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly 🫶🏾 welcomed with a refreshing drink and snacks at the reception. The staff not only greeted us with smiles but also took the time to give us a tour of the property and explain how everything works, which we truly appreciated. The buffet breakfast and dinner were absolutely amazing—so many delicious options to choose from, and everything was fresh and flavorful. The restaurant staff were kind, attentive, and always made sure we were comfortable. The swimming pools and the private beach were simply the best—beautiful, clean, and safe, with incredibly comfortable sun beds that made relaxing so easy. A special shout-out to Mr. Bakari, who made sure our transport to the hotel was smooth and safe, and to Stephen, our driver, who not only got us there comfortably but also shared so much about the city that we felt welcomed before we even arrived. This stay was more than just a holiday—it was a memory we’ll always ❤️treasure. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service, beautiful surroundings, and a truly warm experience.

This hotel truly exceeded our expectations! The staff provided the best service we’ve ever experienced — friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. We stayed in a beach view room, and it was absolutely stunning. Waking up to the ocean right outside our window was unforgettable. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of options for both adults and kids. We also enjoyed dinner at the hotel restaurant — the food was excellent, and the atmosphere was perfect for families. Our kids had a great time with the activities available, and the entire resort felt safe and welcoming for families. Overall, we loved the staff, the service, and especially the beach view. We would definitely come back again and highly recommend it to others!

While we had a wonderful stay overall, there were a couple of small things that could be improved. The Wi-Fi connection in our room was a bit inconsistent, which made it difficult to stay connected at times. Aside from these minor issues, everything else — especially the service, staff, and the beach view — made up for it. We would still highly recommend this hotel and definitely plan to return!

This is my second time coming to PrideInn Paradise with my family. There’s always a fresh experience every new year am here. My children enjoyed the facility so much that they felt like a punishment leaving. I have to mention the great service from staff. A special mention to Dorine at the Front Office and Esther Gitau who is a kids genius. My goodness she has a way with the children. PrideInn should feel lucky to have these two staffs. Another great support is the solder at the pool, he is super keen with the children at the baby pool I may have forgotten his name but it has something like goodin in it 😅. Thank you so much team PrideInn and I can’t wait to be back again. My only recommendation is , please add more sea food into the menu and swahili dishes. I was looking forward to having Biryani and Pilau.

Everything was so good from our arrival we were welcomed by the wonderful Vanessa who helped us with our booking in and some juice while we waited Then Vanessa gave us all the information we needed for our stay. Then we were brought to our room which was amazing. this Hotel is very well run from the management team to the cooks the cleaners and the garden staff. all very friendly always asking is everything ok. The food wow so good so many options great also for family with separate kids food also. The pools are so good also. Nightlife is good also with life entertainment dancing etc. Great Hotel for sports matches also and a fantastic spa and really good gym also. The best experience I have ever had on any vacation I have been on. Highly recommend.

The bathroom could be a bit bigger in size still is good but could be bigger it just made it a little awkward when my Fiancée and myself would shower together and maybe a stoper for the sink for when I was shaving would be nice too have.

The hotel staff was friendly and the amenities were great. The buffet was amazing and the food at a la carte delicious. The rooms were clean and water was replenished daily. I also liked the acrobatics in the morning at the pool and the entertainment in the evening near the beach.

Two of the rooms arrived late, and due to a misunderstanding with Ashma (receptionist) during check in, we ended up with a room far from the others and not ready for check-in. Additionally, our checkout dates were mixed up, causing some confusion with housekeeping. If not for the check-in experience, it would have been perfect

Beach was nice, facilities good, staff were friendly and the spa was amazing… overlooking the Indian Ocean!

Comms was poor - sent them a few messages through the app but the response would take 3 days to come back. Also, watch out for the poorly placed door stop in the bathrooms - I stubbed my toe in it twice.

This was our third time at PrideInn and we will be back, because we love it so much. I truly believe it is THE best hotel in Kenya for a holiday ( I have stayed at and visited many). It's the perfect place for a family with kids of any age, you can be both entertained or you can retreat to the quiet parts of the resort and of course the beautiful private or public beaches. My kids (13 & 16) loved swimming, the water aerobics, and beach volleyball in the evening the most. Having said that, I would also visit on my own or with friends, as it is equally good to carve yourself out a sanctuary. This year, we stayed there for 12 nights in late July / early August and the weather was perfect. Rooms are designed in a way, you are in touch with the beautiful outside. The resort is stunning with views to the sea. Food is plentiful, very tasty, and all options are very natural & healthy. What I loved as a mom, was that I could get my rest, while the kids were out and about from morning to late evening on their own having their best time and making friends. The staff at PridesInn are the best, I want to give my special thanks to Duncan (room services), Hisami (reception), Faith & Gladys (restaurant), and Denis (manager of entertainment), they all rock! But honestly so many more staff deserve recognition. Thanks for everything and until next time!

My suggestion: Turn the music down a little around the kids pool, breakfast etc., Most guests are adults, some with children... and your young staff sometimes put the music a little too loud. I asked a few times for this to be addressed in the interest of other families, and luckily it was promptly done. Luckily, there is no music at the adult pool and beach :)

Hotel was clean. Staff went above to ensure everything was ok. Facilities were great. Water park for kids is closed between 1-3pm Meal choices were good. Shop within hotel is fairly priced. Use Uber for taxis if going out visiting.

Taxi cost within the hotel was ridiculous and a rip off. Only been able to have one drink with evening meal was disappointing when half board. Treatments in the spa were expensive. Also pool towels you had to give room numbers however this wasn’t monitored or clear when giving them back. As on occasions when giving back no staff to give them too, so put in the dirty towel bin. And no charge made to room? Not sure why they take room numbers and do nothing with it anyways. Beach was beautiful within hotel however be prepared to be asked 24/7 to buy items or experiences.

The property is fantastic for kids; it's truly a paradise for them. Our goal was to take the children on vacation; this property exceeded their needs. The food selection was decent. Daniel Goshi ensured our room was thoroughly cleaned and always checked to see if we needed anything—he truly exemplified hospitality. We also appreciated Henry Chai, who was incredibly helpful when we needed towels around the pool area and assisted us in getting a waiter to serve us. Thank you, Henry, for going above and beyond to provide us with an excellent experience. Our waiter, Eric M, was also very accommodating, particularly when we needed to move locations due to the rain. Lastly, Esther Njeri made our little girl's stay unforgettable by spending quality time with her at the water park and baby pool. I know she is genuinely grateful for that experience. I completely understand that the restaurant can get busy in the evenings! However, it would have been great if the waiters had been a bit more proactive in checking in with us. As parents, we often face challenges when feeding our little ones, especially after a fun-filled day when they're tired and cranky. A simple inquiry about whether we needed a baby chair or drink options would have been so helpful. Sometimes it felt like we were struggling to get their attention, and it would have made our experience even better if we felt a bit more supported. Thank you for considering this feedback!

The resort is outstanding. The pools are big and very entertaining for the kids. The area all around the resort is beautiful for walking (ocean views, green grass, etc.). The food is varied with a combination of local foods and international dishes (i.e. pasta station for kids, pizza, etc.). Our kids thoroughly enjoyed the Kids Club and kept asking to go there before it opened. Esther, Happy, and the other ladies were very welcoming and took excellent care of our two boys aged 3 and 5. The gym was nice and open plan, allowing you to gaze into the ocean as you're running on the treadmill. The spa is beautiful and very relaxing. The massage I had was perfection. Overall, a very nice stay - we were sad to leave.

There were many power outages in the middle of the night, but I suspect this is a wider issue and perhaps not a hotel issue. Additionally, we were told the hotel pools opened at 8am when we checked in, but the staff cleans the pool during this time. The pools open more realistically around 9 or 9:30am.
