Very nice, quiet location away from the hussle and bustle of Nairobi city life. Rooms were clean and comfortable. I also liked the politeness of the staff. Internet was fast and always available in the room.

The access road to the location was not tarmarked and bumpy. The location shown on the Booking.com website is not accurate, we had to ask for directions from nearby hotels.

The room was clean, cleaned every day. Quality sheets and towels. Excellent views of Nairobi National Park. Large TV with internet access. Breakfast was good and you could choose. Staff was helpful and professional.

To get to the hotel the road turns into a dirt road for about a kilometer and a half, but it is in good condition. What I didn't like is that the hotel is open to outsiders who come to celebrate, which leads to noise from people talking loudly or singing. And people who don't stay at the hotel also come to use the pool, and so many people come that it ends up being used only by them. The water in the pool is a bit cloudy, maybe it's because of the type of water, because maintenance is done.

It was scenic location with epic views of the national park. The food was amazing and the facilities top notch

The staff. The breakfast. The views. The quiet environment. The shower was always amazing. Super hot and the water pressure on point! The green lawns and stream. The fact we heard a lion roar and got to see more of them in their habitat in the night. I saw a Hawk or an eagle as it flew around my view, at the balcony. It was spectacular! I am definitely coming back as it was definitely amazing! 10/10 in service and comfort.

The location was a little far and you have to have a Bike person or Taxi on your contact list. No Uber/Bolt or transport services detected nearby unless you are in Rongai thus the above advice. The stream had some garbage stuck on the sides. KWS and the residents need to look into cleaning the stream.

It would be great if the hotel could accommodate international travelers by offering a more flexible late check-out policy. A foreigner-friendly late check-out option could bring significant benefits not only to tourists but also to the hotel by attracting more international visitors.

As for the food in the restaurant, the chefs are excellent, and the serving staff is amazing. However, it would be better if the food could be served faster, as the service is sometimes extremely slow. Thank you!

We loved the staff. They were ready to serve us and were very friendly. The room was spacious and very clean, with sufficient lighting. Wifi was fast, we didn't experience any buffers. The experience was amazing from the understanding stuff to the nearby river that could be heard from our room to the buffer breakfast that catered for both non-vegeterian and vegeterian diets. We loved it in Olsupat Lodge and we highly recommend anyone looking for a serene environment.

The serenity of the compound and the genuine and welcoming staff. I felt at home with the staff. The Masai guy who attended us at the bar, I give you a clean 10/10. Your suggestions for meals and hospitality. Great guy. Cool music at the bar. In general, your staff is a great choice you made. The lady at the reception with dreadlocks, a very humble girl 💯 full of authenticity.

Separate facility. To me it seemed not well. It should be stated clearly . I suggest that you put marrum or concrete to reduce dust on the way to that separate facility.

Amazing service Amazing views Amazing food

We loved our stay, staff was great, food was great and driver peter was amazing. Took us where we wanted and waited then took us back to hotel. Very cheap rate. We paid double asking as he was amazing. We woke up to see ostriches, giraffe and monkeys came past the camp too.

Not a negative just to put people at ease, you will drive in the middle of nowhere, bumpy dirt track before reaching the hotel. Also was wrong location our maps was telling us. May seem a little dodgy but its fine. You are close when you get to the barrier with a guard if that helps

A place close to the Nairobi National Park with a lot of space, big and clean rooms. The rooms have balconies towards the Park, therefore you can watch into the Park from your room. The staff is extremely friendly. The food was good, although there is not much without meat, if you are looking for this.

We stayed from Friday till Sunday. The hotel was fully booked with families enjoying the pool with very loud music all day long. Maybe the hotel should reflect if it is really necessary to have very loud music all day long if you are situated so close to the National Park. As for us we expected a more quiet place for a hotel situated just next to the National Park and were hoping to see wild life from the balcony of the room.
