The property was great. The location, facility and food were all perfect

The room was a bit cold and the air conditioner even at the lowest point wasn’t warming the room. Also I am not happy that I had to pay 50% of a day’s fee to check in 7hrs earlier. The hotel didn’t consider that I was going to check out 10hrs earlier. It is very inconsiderate of the hotel. Other 4 star hotels I have lodged in have been very considerate to allow early check without a cost.

Great location , very attentive staff. Clean rooms , large variety to choose from at breakfast and dinner. The cafeteria at reception had a large variety of cakes , pies and mandazi . Coffee was excellent quality. The ambience was extremely relaxed. Reasonabke price.

Restaurant on floor 7 did not have a large variety on the desert menu. The terrace are was not totally protected against rain and wind on the ground floor , rain kept spraying the tables near the edge. No face towels in rooms . .

I arrived in the middle of the night for a short rest between flights. Room service was amazing. They made me dawa tea for my sore throat and that helped tremendously. Slept and checked out within 4 hours…when it was time to leave, they made me a cup to take with me. Very happy with everyone I came in contact with. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel is conveniently located along a lively main road, near shopping centres and restaurants with plenty of things to do in the area. It's a busy area but not overwhelmingly so. The staff are absolutely incredible - warm, helpful, polite, friendly, professional. The breakfast was great. I quite liked the gym's equipment.

Good breakfast with all the basics. We enjoyed the gym very much, great space and nice view. Also the swimingpool at the roof was great. The staff was extraorinarily kind and serviceminded. It's great if you just need a few nights in Nairobi. Quite and calm location.

The bathroom door wouldn't stay shut and lock was faulty

Friendly and accommodating service from the staff. Great views and an amazing rooftop. Multiple lounge areas and lounge areas open till very late.

Limited breakfast options. Food was not too good. Service took too long.

The staff are exceptionally friendly, very helpful and made the stay truly pleasant. This is definitely my preferred hotel when travelling to Nairobi.
