This hotel blew me away. After spending 3 weeks in Europe, we arrived in Kenya for a 24-hour layover; this hotel was our oasis before our flight back home to Cape Town. The staff was terrific; they were helpful, kind, and accommodating. The breakfast was incredible, fresh and tasty. The rooms we had were clean and comfortable, and exceeded our expectations.

I was not there long enough to find any faults. That said, even if we were there a week, I doubt I'd find any faults.

The hotel is clean and centrally located so it's easy to access various attraction sites. The staff were lovely and very accommodating of our needs. Will definitely visit again.

The Wi-Fi was a little slow sometimes and hopefully in the future they could add a drinking chocolate option in the rooms but other than that everything else was exceptionally good.

The location is ideal, just off the main road and near major malls, Prestige, Yaya, Junction etc. The rooms and spacious and there is a serene feeling and its quiet.

At some point it good too hot in the room and i didnt see any conditioning despite it being mentioned at point of booking that it had air conditioning.

The staff were absolutely amazing, so helpful and accommodating. The value for money is insane! The location great, the rooms were very comfortable and pleasant. We had a family connecting room. We also loved the buffet breakfast!!!

The bathrooms were poor and in desperate need of updating. Fixtures were falling apart and the sinks would flood so poor drainage.

Seamless check in process, friendly staff, clean rooms. There was Wi-Fi which worked great. I liked that I could walk to nearby shops and cafes. The hotel also isn't far from the Junction Mall, a good location overall.

The shower didn't drain effectively which meant that after showering there was a considerable amount of water around my ankles. I had to wash my feet after stepping out of the cubicle. Also felt that the water pressure could have been stronger.

I needed a hotel for a short stay before flying out of Nairobi and chose Ngong Hills because of its location. Otherwise I had not expected anything particular but the hotel and staff were absolutely terrific. From the comfortable room with all amenities to the staff’s eye for detail. Simply loved everything!

Nothing I didn’t like.

Well located, close to many amenities. Very friendly and helpful staff, particularly Grace at the reception. They have a storage room for luggage in case you need to depart later than the check-out time (10am).

Rooms are not very sound-proof, though I heard little from the traffic outside.

The breakfast was excellent with typical Sub-Saharan African food. It had relatively quite nights. The staff were friendly and helpful. Security was satisfactory.

The general surrounding of the Hotel needs to be modernised

The staff are pretty welcoming and supportive. The room was very clean and the bathroom had all needed stuff. The hotel is pretty quiet and suitable for rest.

Internet connection wasn't good from the reception to the floor of my room. I arrived around 11pm and an hour later no connection and no way to get support at midnight. .

Friendly staff, delicious breakfast, conveniently located to different shopping malls, free parking, comfortable, excellent value for money
