Staff was great, Room clean, staff responded quickly to requests

Check in for my party of 8.. The wrong room was given to the wrong party of my group and it took all week to get this issue resolved. Only 1 key card provided for a room with 2 people in it... That's just does not work when the key controls the lights in the room and the elevator when 1 person leaves the room. No face towels provided in room upon check-in. Also bed needs to have a top sheet, the comforter is so heavy and can be really hot.

I love the surface that I received from the girls at the front desk reception Safari the bartender was amazing I don’t drink but he stirred up some very good conversation and memories for me in Kenya and Silas who always made sure I was ok when I was sitting in the lounge area The manager of the hotel is amazing…. He is so humble I was talking to him at the bar for a while I’m without even knowing who he was After about a 15 minute conversation I found out that he was the manger. He was very attentive and went beyond his duties to make sure I was comfortable and had a pleasant stay

Clean, modern, comfortable, and in a very accessible location. Dinner was good as well.

A broken overhead cable right at the entrance to the property gave a negative first impression, even if it was not the hotel’s fault or ability to fix. My taxi driver drove very carefully past it, just in case it was live. This is a blip in an otherwise lovely stay.

I booked tours that started earlier than the scheduled breakfast time. They were able to pack breakfast for me, which included pastry, juice box, apple, and banana. The rooms were very clean and quiet. The staff were very nice. There is a dinner area in the lobby, which makes it easy.

Plenty of Staff on hand to assist you. It was walking distance to the malls and a bar was right up the street.

plenty of people were watching as you walked so make sure you are aware of your surroundings. Their is no police presents from what I seen.

I liked the breakfast and staff service, even up to GM. The facility is very good and location as well. Over all A grade.

Giving only one key for 2 people staying in the room caused lots of issues, but was later rectified. The time to make a large order of pizzas (5) was like 45min and that needs to change.

Location was pretty central, breakfast was good (though it would be great if they offered cappuccinos, not just filter coffee), there was a gym. Room was comfortable.

I'd suggest using jugs of water (I know not many hotels do this though) as there was never enough, though you could request more bottles if you wanted. The pool wasn't ready to be used.

Great place for a short stay in Nairobi perfect location, spacious room, perfect internet, wonderful staff i would always suggest the Hilton DoubleTree to people who have a short stay or a layover in Nairobi.

it‘s kind of strange, when ever we stay there, we have some minor issues that somehow don’t suit to the Hilton brand. this time we had a cracked window and a sliding door into the bathroom that was blocked.

Perfect stay at double Tree Hilton. The hotel is beautiful and very nicely decorated. When we arrived, we were welcome with a delicious cookie. The rooms were so comfortable and spacious - we had a very good sleep. The lunch and breakfast were very qualitative, the dishes made with love and the breakfast buffet was so good. The staff are simply wonderful- the Double Tree angels - special thanks to waiter John who was excellent and so so kind. Thank you everyone for making our stay so memorable - we loved Nairobi.
