I booked the hotel for my parents. They were very impressed by the facilities. They took the executive suite. They reported that it was very spacious, well furnished and very clean. My mother complimented breakfast alot. The staff were very helpful especially at the front desk. They even helped my parents order Ubers and get transport from the airport. The location of the hotel was very convenient for them because they needed easy access to town . They also said they felt really safe being near the department of defence. Their experience with MAA hotel and suites was very pleasant.

The only complaint they had was the outside noise. Coming from Europe where calls for prayers from Mosques are rare they were a bit disturbed by the noise of the mosque near the hotel.

I stayed four weeks out of 5 in Kenya. The staff are a treasure - warm, friendly and eager to help. I liked the restaurant meals a lot - in 4 weeks I never had a bad meal - ever- and had some memorable items. Mattress, bedding, towels were all excellent.

Room service was messy. Tried three times - things missing and not a proper table or even tray. Never tried again. The kitchen has no consistent system to order supplies/ingredients in systematic way. How do you run out of butter; then next day no orange juice and next day no yogurt. Many times menu items were unavailable due to lack of an ingredient. Lots of other choices but the supply/ordering system needs serious fixing.

Excellent helpful cheerful staff at reception, Housekeeping and dining. The bed had a very good mattress. The shower sometimes struggled with enough hot water (mid mornings).

Kitchen kept running out of standard items. I stayed one month and each week several menu or breakfast buffet items were unavailable, Smooth ingredient; jam for toast, then main course at lunch/dinner. It was clear to me that there was no systematic ordering of supplies and keeping enough in stock. Once or twice running out in a month is OK but 15 times or so??? My room needed a small comfortable side chair, The desk chair is not enough.

Clean rooms, good breakfast choices offered, location was safe and convenient. Restaurant had good food and coffee. Windows had double pane, reducing noise.Close to everything, pharmacy, forex, supermarket, public transport or taxi, malls, cafes, and many other amenities. Staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay again on my next trip.

The garden was closed for renovation, didn't get a chance to use it.Gym felt isolated. Lobby could provide a better sitting area (redesign), or at least a room where guests could sit while rooms were being cleaned. Someone had charged a meal to my room number and only knew about it on check out day, they should have at least compared the signature or sent a text sms for every charge immediately so that guests can verify charges, luckily staff investigated and resolved the issue. Hot water in the bathroom was an issue at night after about 830pm, but it was all through the day.

Your staff was very polite and welcoming and one thing I liked is that they don’t beg for tips like other places I’ve stayed. Big thank you to Joy and other ladies at reception for assisting with my queries. Kelvin too. The rooms were very nice. Comfortable bed and with AC. Great views of Nairobi in the evening. Decent food . Overall I would stay again.

The location. The mosque next door had morning prayers which woke me up early. I was unaware it was there when booking. On my second booking my room was facing the main road which slightly helped. Besides that I would HEAVLY recommend the owners invest in changing the stair rails. By international standards they feel too short and can be a danger especially if you’re travelling with children. I was leaning on them waiting for the lift and the spotted the issue. Secondly the bathroom design is bad. When you shower the entire floor floods. There is a small drain next to the toilet but isn’t the point to contain the water in one place ? Also from a price point the location does feel abit over priced, however this is personal opinion. For a location like that I would expect to pay less

Comfortable room with comfortable bed. Nice staff. There is a money exchange office right next to the hotel, which is convenient (although using mpesa for payments in Nairobi seemed to be even more convenient to me). A supermarket is also pretty close (like 5 minutes walk). The area near the hotel feels safe. The hotel is good value for the money.

The location is not the best. It is easy to get around by Uber. Although It's not always that fast: The roads are very busy almost all the time. The sidewalks are a bit dangerous in the area, especially when it's already dark. You have to watch your steps carefully.

I had an exceptional stay at a hotel in Nairobi. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. The food was fantastic, with a wide variety of delicious, freshly prepared dishes. The rooms were spotlessly clean and very comfortable, with housekeeping maintaining them perfectly every day. The hotel's location was close to all city attraction either by taxi or walk. Overall, it was an outstanding experience, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nairobi. It was one of the best hotel we had in Nairobi during our stay!

MAA Hotel & Suites is a great place to stay in Nairobi when you need to go to many different places in the city + environs. It is centrally located and easily accessible, while also quiet & almost residential at night. The rooms are very clean and comfortable & the hotel staff are professional, helpful, and welcoming (thank you for your lovely service!) Whether you are in Nairobi on business or leisure, MAA Hotel & Suites is both great value for money and a wonderful way to experience the Kenya's hospitality culture.

Stayed for 9 nights, was a good stay. Lovely spacious room, everything was clean and the hotel overall was very nice. The breakfast was good and the location was perfect for us.

On our final night we ate in the restaurant…unfortunately we felt a bit rushed out as although it’s open to order food until 9.30pm (we arrived around 8.50) by 9.45 we were told they were closed and they started clearing even though we hadn’t finished our drinks and barely just finished our food. In addition, I’d eaten half my meal before the other meal came out. It was a shame as everything else had been really good.

The hotel is new, so still very clean. Beautiful finishing, room sizes are fairly large, the washroom and the shower area is large enough, very clean as well. I like the finishing of wardrobes. Staff were very friendly too, and very helpful. Also I think the hotel is under-priced compared to its quality. I will definitely visit again.

The pillows could be improved, their quality does not resemble the hotel quality at all. Efforts should be made to replace the pillows with the hotel quality. Also please remove the bed side rugs because they distort the value of your rooms, they are dirty and they look cheap, already worn out for only 1 year of operation. The room floor tiles could look better and clean without the current rugs. Also guests should be aware that it is a all-halal hotel. No bar, no pork! 😄 Otherwise everything else is very good 👍
