Not far from CBD yet more quiet. the pool is heated (last time when i stayed there 12 years ago it wasn't). Nice apartment style room with 2 tv channels and for us 2 double beds.

Breakfast is not impressive but still pricy. the fact that cats jumped on the tables after guests had left made that we bought some stuff and ate in the room. good water boiler with tea and coffee! If you are allergic for noise ask for a room on the right side near the entrance gate. there is a noisy bar on the lefthand side of the hotel

This property is located near a nicer area of Nairobi and they have a 24 hour check in desk, which was very helpful.

Statehouse road is a short walk from the hotel. I would advise any tourist not to go to Statehouse Road. I was arrested by local police, who claimed that I took a photo of a restricted area, and then detained me and would not let me leave until I paid them a bribe.

The staff was very kind and super helpful. There is a small swimming pool with warm water. It is surrounded with trees where birds come to spend a night. It was great to swim and observe them at the same time. The centre of Nairobi is within walking distance from there.

The hotel is located close to the busy street. There are no grocery shops nearby.

My room was huge and was very homey. Lots of space. The breakfast that was included was so good and had a great selection. The chef would make eggs anyway you wanted. Good mix of local and western foods. The pool and outdoor sitting area were very nice. The prices in the restaurant were great as well.

The rooster who kept waking me up hahah.

The rooms were super big. Good wifi. The beds were also very big. Nice windows that let in a lot of light too. It was also in a good location. Nice pool as well. Lots of breakfast options too.

The bathroom was a bit small and had a smell. So we had to keep the door closed to make sure the smell didn't go into our room.

Great place, rooms big and with lots of light. Staff kind and hospitable, enjoyed my stay very much. Food great and cheap.

Internet was disconnecting often during day.

All the staff were excellent and very helpful. The food in the restaurant was really nice and not expensive. I had a pleasant stay.

Some parts of the room look old or need attention (marks on the ceiling/window didn't completely close and was a little dirty).

I loved the way the staff handled my incident.i.e i had lost my smartwatch and everyone wss reassuaring..The staff also followed the protoccal of looking for it....but was later re overed by my sister under the front seat

First impression, great! Secure entrance to the hotel grounds with warm welcome and smooth check in with Patrick. I was then helped with my bags to my double room by Sivi which was great after such a long trip. My room was large, clean and well lit, the beds are firm but both came with easy to let down Mosquito nets. The bathroom was basic but the shower was hot and powerful. The restaurant food was tasty/well priced and the staff were personable and friendly throughout. I didn't get the chance to use the pool facilities etc but I did enjoy my trip to the Kenya National Museum, which was recommended at the reception who arranged a terrific taxi jouney by Michael who was a wealth of local knowledge and waited whilst I checked it out.

Bathroom could do with a bit of love

The rooms are large, clean and comfortable. The breakfast is great and the restaurant serves good food. The pool is lovely for a swim. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The hotel is a short walk from downtown Nairobi
